The profound nature, the nature endowed with qualities, not empty of the supreme Dharma, the realm of the Tathagata, the nature of Nirvana, the ultimate refuge, the ultimate refuge, etc., are said to exist, which is said in terms of the complete accomplishment of the Dharma nature from form to omniscience. As such, the Blessed One also said, "Existence is also known as it is in reality." It is also said, "The essence of the Tathagata is without distinction, inseparable, inconceivable Buddha Dharma, exceeding the sands of the Ganges, so it is not empty." etc. The incarnation of Maitreya Bodhisattva also said, "The nature of non-discrimination is not empty of the supreme Dharma." It is also said, "That which is unreal is real, that is the emptiness of that." The holy Manjushri also said, "If you analyze the aggregates, etc., like a water tree without essence, the emptiness that possesses all kinds of superiority will not change like this." etc. The holy Asanga Bodhisattva also said, "If something does not exist there, then it does not always exist there, knowing it as it really is." And asked, "Why is it called suchness? Because it will not become other. Why is it called the ultimate of truth? Because it is the object of non-invertedness. Why is it called ultimate? Because it is the realm of the pure wisdom of the noble ones." etc. Vasubandhu Bodhisattva also said, "The object is not non-existent in the ultimate sense." etc. The great master Nagarjuna Bodhisattva also said, "Like a cloth purified by fire, stained by various stains, if placed in the fire, the stains are burned and the cloth is not destroyed, so the luminous mind, stained by greed and other stains, burns the afflictions with the fire of wisdom, so the light is not destroyed. Here is Nirvana, the transformation of the stainless mind. In the stainless Dharmakaya, after the ocean of wisdom dwells and transforms, like various jewels, it accomplishes the meaning of sentient beings from this." It is also said, "Alas! Extremely difficult to realize, the Dharma nature of the Buddhas."

Enlightenment. And so on, countless teachings were given. Therefore, all that is taught as "non-existent" refers to the completely imputed; all that is taught as "illusory" refers to the other-dependent; all that is taught as "existent" refers to the thoroughly established. Thus, in this third turning of the wheel, it is well distinguished and taught, so there is no room for doubt and wrong views. The completely imputed and the other-dependent are non-existent in the ultimate sense, and the thoroughly established is existent in the ultimate sense, so there is no contradiction, and the grounds for dispute are also pacified. Speaking: Some Dharma practitioners in the land of snows, Indian Dharma teachers and old Tibetan elders of the past, Say that the second turning of the wheel is definitive, Unable to surpass this saying, I wonder if their minds are small. However, the Buddhas and their heirs, Have declared the third as definitive and the second as provisional, Having taught with utmost clarity, Being able to refute this, their hearts must be large. This is an intermediate verse. In short, because it does not accord with their own wishes, They also refute the statement that the third turning of the wheel is definitive. They also refute Nagarjuna's "Collection of Praises on the Middle Way." The sutras distinguish between provisional and definitive meanings, Able to differentiate in many ways. Thus, they also refute Asanga's treatises, which were prophesied, saying they do not go beyond mind-only. They say that Vasubandhu, who was born as a pandita for five hundred lifetimes, Revealed eighty hundred thousand treatises, And was prophesied to be a holder of the teachings, does not go beyond mind-only, and refute him. With the power of the verse of homage and the pledge to explain in "Compendium on Valid Cognition," The earth shook, and great light and sound arose, The trees and forests trembled, All the non-Buddhist teachers became stiff like wood. Until he attains Buddhahood, Lord Manjushri will not abandon him as a spiritual friend. They are able to refute even the great bodhisattva Dignaga, who was prophesied to be a holder of the teachings, and is like an elephant among logicians, saying he does not go beyond mind-only. They recite each volume of the Perfection of Wisdom like a parrot, without practice. Not to mention subduing the afflictions of others, They cannot even apply an antidote to a slightly harsh word to their own minds. When engaging in Dharma discussions, They do not have the intention to purify the Buddha's teachings and benefit many sentient beings. They only want to be clever themselves.

To seek fame, I attach myself to great figures by disparaging others; to follow sects for food and clothing; like me, who only strives to achieve prominence in this life, yet claims to be a Madhyamaka who understands better than Vasubandhu and Dignāga. Thinking my views are profound, I feel no shame, which is truly strange! Speaking: A spiritual friend like me in this degenerate age, even after abandoning the intention to benefit the Dharma and beings, solely for the sake of achieving the eight worldly concerns, I study the methods of refutation and establishment a little; I know a little about nominal refutation and establishment; I am jealous of the high and arrogant towards the low; I confuse the definitive sutras by saying they are provisional, and confuse the provisional sutras by saying they are definitive. Maitreya said not to confuse the sutras. I confess that I have confused the Buddha's teachings. Abandoning the Buddha's words, I follow wrong words. I confess that I have inverted what should be adopted and abandoned. I confess that I have slandered and falsely accused wise and accomplished beings. Even if I cannot do good in the future, may I not create meaningless sins and obscurations. May all those who are ignorant and arrogant like me in this world, follow the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who speak the truth, and accomplish according to their teachings!
