The first nature Falls into the original state. Unmoved by circumstances, cutting off hope. By breaking the dumbness of doubt, Vajrasattva Diamond Being). The nature of mind that has been radically cut off is like the sky. Since there is no meditation, it is not to be kept in mind. Ordinary consciousness, its own nature is original. Do not defile it with artificial objects. The naturally pure mind does not need to be fabricated. Do not hold on or let go, leave it in its own joy. If you do not realize it, there is nothing to meditate on in your mind. For those who have realization, there is no meditation to be done. Just as the sky does not aim at the sky. Likewise, emptiness cannot be meditated on by emptiness. Non-dual knowledge is like water and milk. Various tastes are of one taste, great bliss Thus in the three times In all aspects. Without doing anything in the mind, inseparable from the original state. To maintain that is called meditation. Do not hold the wind, do not bind the mind. Leave the unedited knowledge like a young child. If a thought (藏文:དྲན་ཏོག་) arises, look at it itself. Do not think that water and waves are different. In the great seal Great Seal) that is not done in the mind, Since there is not even a speck of meditation, do not meditate. The best of meditation is to be inseparable from the meaning of no meditation. The taste of great bliss that is non-dual and innate. Just as water is put in water, it is of one taste. When it stays as it is in its own state. The mind of clinging to objects is completely calmed. Kye'o! In that non-dual, innate yoga, What is there to abandon and take? I have not abandoned all dharmas, So I do not say to you, 'Do this'. Just as a jewel is immaterial, The practice of yoga is immaterial. Whatever chattering and nonsense is spoken, The mind of yoga does not deviate from one. Since there is not even one in the one, Various forms have become rootless. Like a madman, it is ignored. Actionless conduct remains like a young child. Ema! A mind like a lotus born from the mud of existence. What fault does it adhere to? Eating, drinking, giving pleasure, And if the body and mind are greatly afflicted, Whatever form it takes, It is not bound, not liberated, not adhered to. From the state of self-practice of realization, without regard, When the misery of ignorant beings becomes manifest, Tears arise from the force of unbearable compassion. Exchanging self and others, engaging only in benefiting. If you examine the meaning, it is free from the three objects (agent, object, and condition), Like an unreal dream and illusion. Free from attachment and obstruction, joyful and unborn. Like a skilled illusionist. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Like the functioning of an illusion. Primordially pure is the nature of the sky, There is nothing to abandon or attain. The Great Seal, free from mental fabrication, Do not hope for any result. The mind of hope is unborn from the beginning, What is there to abandon or attain? If there is something to be attained, What is the use of the four seals of the teachings? Like a deer suffering from delusion, Running after the mirage of water. The ignorant one, tormented by desire, No matter how hard they try, they will only move further away. Primordially unborn, naturally pure, There is not the slightest difference from that. The imputed mind is purified in the expanse, It is merely labeled as Vajradhara. Like the mirage in a dry land, Appearing as water, but the water is non-dual. Primordially pure, the imputed mind is awakened, About this, one cannot speak of permanence or annihilation. Like a wish-fulfilling jewel, a wish-granting tree, By the power of aspiration, fulfilling all hopes. However, this is merely a conventional expression of the world, In the ultimate sense, there is nothing at all. The 'Doha Treasury,' the essential instructions on the Great Seal, composed by the great accomplished Pal Ritropa Saraha, is complete. Translated into Tibetan by the Indian Abbot Śrī Vairocanarakṣita. Table of Contents The 'Doha Treasury,' the essential instructions on the Great Seal, composed by the auspicious mountain hermit. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
