After reciting a little 'ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།' (Tibetan, ॐ ज्ञान पुष्टिं कुरु स्वाहा, om jñāna puṣṭiṃ kuru svāhā, May wisdom increase and be accomplished), through the power of praying with one-pointed devotion, light radiates from the heart of the Lama Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, touching the life-owner Amitāyus (Amitāyus) and the light rays of the jewel on his crown, stimulating the mind-stream of the Holy Mother Uṣṇīṣavijayā (Uṣṇīṣavijayā). The compassionate engagement of all is especially moved. Immeasurable light rays pervade all the realms of the ten directions. My life force that has been cut off and diminished, and the essence of the four elements, all of saṃsāra and nirvāṇa, all life, merit, wealth, wisdom, and qualities, are invited in the form of five-colored light rays and dissolve into the vase in the hands of the lord of the family. Together with that stream of nectar, like rain, the ambrosia of achieving immortality descends from the body parts of all the assembly fields. Entering through the Brahma aperture at the crown of one's head, it fills the body, purifying diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations. The diminished life force is restored to its original state. Life, merit, wealth, and the qualities of learning and realization increase. May one attain the state of innate immortality. Recite as much as possible 'ཨོཾ་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་ཝནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།' (Tibetan, ॐ अमरणि जीवन्ति ये स्वाहा, om amaraṇi jīvanti ye svāhā, May the immortal ones live long) and the long, medium, and short dhāraṇīs of Uṣṇīṣavijayā, and the essence of White Tārā as appropriate. Finally, when concluding the session, all the assembly fields dissolve into light and merge into oneself. One's own three doors, inseparable from innate wisdom, and the secret three places of the objects of refuge, rest in the state of the clear light Dharmakāya (Dharmakāya). Meditate on the meaning for a while. Again, dedicate: By this merit, may I and all sentient beings in this life have long life, be free from illness, possess the Dharma, and in the next life be born in the field of Sukhāvatī (Sukhāvatī), quickly attaining the state of Amitāyus (Amitāyus). Thus, end with dedication, aspirations, and auspicious words, and engage in daily activities. During all breaks between sessions, circumambulate the long-life relic image, read scriptures, make tsa-tsas, offer water, and diligently engage in virtuous activities. By striving with one-pointed effort in this way, temporarily all diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations will be pacified, and immeasurable benefits such as the increase of life, merit, and intelligence will occur. And after death, one will definitely be born in the pure realm of Sukhāvatī (Sukhāvatī) and quickly receive the prophecy of great enlightenment. This is also the blessing of the Lama, like a lotus opened by nectar, may all beings, through the essence of profound meaning, achieve the state of immortality. This was said by Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo (Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo). May there be auspiciousness! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
