་རྒྱལ་མཚན་གྱི་གཏེར་མ་བཞུགས་སོ། །རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞིའི་སྒོ་ནས་སྲོག་ལུས་དབང་ཐང་ཀླུང་རྟ་སྐྱེད་པའི་ཙཀྲ་དྲི་བཟང་དང་མཛེས་པའི་ཚོན་གྱིས་བྱུག །རང་སྔགས་དང་ཡེ་དྷརྨཱས་རབ་གནས་བྱ། སྲད་བུ་སྣ་ལྔས་བཅིང་ནས་སྤྱི་བོའམ་མགུལ་དུ་བཏགས་ན་སྲོག་ལུས་དབང་ཐང་ཀླུང་རྟ་ལ་དགྲ་དར་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲུང་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །

The Victory Banner Treasure. (Through the Four Great Kings, create a chakra (wheel) that increases life force, body, power, and luck, by applying fragrant and beautiful colors. Consecrate it with its own mantra and the 'Ye Dharma' (Sanskrit: ye dharma hetuprabhava, 'Of all things that arise from a cause').
