Ignite the fire with nettles, and offer with drops of ghee while reciting 'Om Agnaye Svaha'. Hold a Kusha grass while reciting 'Om Vajra Sattva Ah'. 'Om, this Kusha grass is pure and auspicious, it purifies Brahma and the gods. It pleases the Three Jewels, it grows from the earth, it is the essence of the lotus. May it pacify all my obstacles and bring peace and auspiciousness. Svaha.' With this, spread it around the stove from left to right. Purify the stove with Amrita (藏文：ཨ་མྲྀཏ，梵文天城体：अमृत，梵文罗马拟音：amṛta，汉语字面意思：immortal nectar), cleanse with Svabhava (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：own being). From emptiness, from the syllable Hum arises a peaceful stove, round and white, complete with all characteristics. In the center, on a lotus and moon seat, from the syllable Ram arises the peaceful fire god, white, with one face and four arms. The two right hands hold a staff and a rosary, the two left hands hold a ball and grant refuge. Having the appearance of a sage, surrounded by many attendants. King of the fire gods, great sage! For the sake of partaking of the burnt offerings, please come to this burning seat!' Invite by reciting 'Om Agnaye Akarshaya Jah'. Expel the obstructing spirits with the water of the activity mantra and the activity vase. 'Om Agnaye Deva Saparivara Argham Pratitsa Svaha', offer the offering water. Place foot-washing water in the place of Argham and offer foot-washing water. 'Om Agnaye Samaya Tvam. Jah Hum Bam Hoh', become inseparable from the samaya being. Offer three times with such prayers, and examine the fire signs. Offer from 'Om Agnaye Saparivara Argham' to 'Shabda'. 'Om, great splendor, god of fire! Bestower of all desires, abiding for the benefit of myself and others. Praise to the holder, the fire god himself!' Then offer the substances in order. Offer firewood, reciting 'Om Bodhi Vrikshaya Svaha'.
