My consciousness sinks into the mud of the ocean of desire. The mountain of pride and arrogance presses me down into the lower realms. The red wind of jealousy scatters me in samsara. I am bound by the tight knot of self-grasping. Desire is like a fire pit, I have fallen into it. Intense suffering falls like unbearable rain. Such suffering is extremely difficult to bear, The intense karmic power of sin burns like fire. The sprout of consciousness and senses is scorched. If the illusory body of aggregates cannot bear it, Compassionate protector, can you bear it? A fool like me, ignorant, with bad karma, a great sinner, Due to karma, I was born as a Rakshasa in the desire realm. Having been born, I regret it and am tired of karma. Even if I am tired and regretful, there is no way to change karma. The force of karma is like the flow of a river. How can the flood of karma be stopped immediately? All ripening comes from one's own karma. Even if I follow the teachings, I have not achieved the desired result. My body, speech, and mind have all fallen under the control of sin. Driven by the fierce red wind of karma, In countless eons in the past, I wandered in the dark prison of samsara. 于慈悲怙主莲足前顶礼！ 如日般光芒四射，如月般皎洁明亮， 慈悲的尊颜，百看不厌。 无始以来， 因无明的障翳， 盲目的水泡之眼无法看见， 众生的怙主，您先前身在何处？ 因业力强大，难以忍受， 极其恐惧，毛骨悚然，极度害怕， 发出恳切悲痛的哀嚎， 以可怜贫困的嗓音呼唤您。 慈悲的怙主，若此时不垂念， 何时死亡来临，身心分离之时？ 与善知识益友分离，被阎罗卒所牵引。 那时，世间亲友无法相助， 因业力所致，独自漂泊。 那时，我若无有怙主救护， 谁能延缓死期，不及时行动？ 现在就应精进，立即显现。 像我这样被业力折磨的众生， 从无始以来就错误地执着， 未能从三界轮回的处境中解脱， 无数劫中，经历了无数次的转生， 获得了无数次有形的身体，又无数次地坏灭， 若将积聚的血肉骨骼堆积起来，与世界的大小相等； 若将积聚的脓血汇集起来， 如四大海一般； 若将积聚的业力计算起来，那是不可思议，无法言说的。 即使数遍三界，经历无数次的生死轮回， 所做之业，皆无意义地浪费了。 无数次转生中， 仅仅一次转生所造的业， 若能为了无上菩提而精进修持， 那么，所做之业将极具意义。 若能获得意义，定能脱离轮回， 因业力强大，烦恼炽盛， 取了血肉之躯，在轮回中漂泊。 陷入难以忍受的痛苦，被囚禁在有为的牢狱中。 如此难以忍受的剧烈痛苦， 皆由自己所造的恶业所致。 我向慈悲的怙主您忏悔所有的罪业。 祈请您以大慈悲斩断恶业之流， 息灭烦恼业力之风。 因无明邪见的业力所控制， 在无知的黑暗中永久漂泊， 难道不会被智慧明灯的光芒照亮吗？ 若无法忍受罪业成熟的苦果， 难道您不会以大慈悲行持事业吗？ 若我堕入颠倒错乱的悬崖， 难道您不会迅速伸出慈悲之手拉我一把吗？ 若我被贪嗔痴三毒的难忍之病所折磨， 难道您不会以善巧慈悲的妙药来医治吗？ 若我被业力成熟的痛苦之火所焚烧， 难道您不会降下慈悲清凉的甘霖吗？ 若我沉溺于痛苦轮回的泥潭中， 难道您不会以善巧慈悲的铁钩将我救起吗？

I prostrate at the feet of the compassionate protector! Whose face shines like the sun, clear and bright like the moon, Whose compassionate countenance is never tiring to behold. From beginningless time, Due to the blindness of ignorance, The cataract eyes cannot see, Where were you, the protector of beings, before? Due to the powerful and unbearable force of karma, Being extremely frightened, horrified, and terrified, I utter this earnest and painful lament, Calling out to you with a miserable and impoverished voice. Compassionate protector, if you do not consider me at this time, When will the time of death come, when body and mind separate? Separated from virtuous friends, led away by Yama's messengers. At that time, worldly relatives cannot help, Due to the force of karma, I wander alone. At that time, if I have no protector or refuge, Who will postpone the time of death, not act promptly? Now is the time to be diligent, to manifest immediately. Beings like me, tormented by karma, Have been wrongly attached since beginningless time, Unable to escape from the state of the three realms of samsara, In countless eons, through countless rebirths, Having taken countless tangible bodies, and destroyed them countless times, If the accumulated flesh and bones were piled up, they would be equal to the size of the world; If the accumulated pus and blood were collected, They would be like the great oceans; If the accumulated karmic connections were calculated, they would be inconceivable and inexpressible. Even if counting through the three realms and countless cycles of birth and death, The deeds done are wasted meaninglessly. In countless rebirths, If only the karma of a single rebirth, Were diligently practiced for the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, Then the deeds done would be extremely meaningful. If meaning is attained, one would surely transcend suffering, Due to the power of karma and the strength of afflictions, Taking a body of flesh and blood, wandering in samsara. Falling into unbearable suffering, imprisoned in the prison of existence. Such unbearable and intense suffering, All arise from one's own actions. I confess all my sinful deeds to you, compassionate protector. Please, with great compassion, cut off the stream of negative karma, Reverse the wind of afflictions and karma. Controlled by the power of ignorance and wrong views, Forever wandering in the darkness of unknowing, Will it not be illuminated by the rays of the lamp of wisdom? If the ripening of sinful deeds is unbearable, Will you not perform activities with great compassion? If I fall into the abyss of perversion, Will you not quickly reach out with your compassionate hand to pull me up? If I am tormented by the unbearable disease of the three poisons, Will you not heal me with the skillful and compassionate medicine? If I am burned by the fire of suffering from the ripening of karma, Will you not send down the cool rain of compassion? If I am sinking in the swamp of suffering samsara, Will you not lift me up with the skillful hook of compassion? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
