Without inherent existence, and because of this lack of inherent existence, it cannot be differentiated. Therefore, the external circumstances that cause anger to arise are one's own mind, and one's own mind is also an external circumstance. In essence, they are of one taste, so they are free from acceptance and rejection. Therefore, all arising anger is a play of the Dharmakaya (body of truth), and all anger that arises once or twice should be recognized as the nature of wisdom. Then, the method of taking it onto the path is: go to a market or a place where many people gather, and engage in behavior that is incompatible with people to practice asceticism. Then, if people become angry and beat you, or steal your possessions, you should observe whether it harms your previous practice or not. If it does not harm it and you are able to stay on the path, it means that you have developed the experience of practice, and you should still observe its nature and act accordingly. Also, see what help your relatives have given you, and what harm your enemies have brought you. If you know that enemies and relatives are of one nature, then you will also know that benefit and harm are of one nature. Once you know that benefit and harm are one, then you have taken anger onto the path. This is the play of wisdom, appearing as the nature of the Dharmakaya. The root of external circumstances that cause anger to arise is one's own awareness, which is the display of the Dharmakaya. Recognizing it in this way is taking anger onto the path. Among the five poisons, anger, when combined with the five elements, is water; when combined with the five skandhas (aggregates), it is the water element; when combined with the five kayas (bodies), it is Vajrasattva (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रसत्त्व, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajrasattva, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Heroic Mind); when combined with the five wisdoms, it is the mirror-like wisdom; when combined with the five emptinesses, it is awareness-emptiness; and when combined with the five pure lands, it is the Abhirati (Manifest Joy) Pure Land. This instruction on taking anger onto the path is a swift path, Buddhahood without meditation, simultaneous recognition and liberation, and the special feature of this instruction. This is the instruction on taking anger onto the path, called 'The Wrathful Vajra Scroll'. It is the instruction on the secret path of the Dakini (sky dancer) of the Great Perfection Mother Tantra. It was given by Vajravarahi (Tibetan: རྡོ་རྗེ་ཕག་མོ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रवाराही, Sanskrit Romanization: Vajravārāhī, Chinese literal meaning: Diamond Sow) to Yeshe Tsogyal (Wisdom Lake Queen) in the charnel grounds. Yeshe Tsogyal hid it as a treasure in the Crystal Cave of Drak Yangdzong She. Later, it was taken from the treasure by the teacher Ma Kunga Bum and copied from the original yellow scroll. Seal! May the assembly of Dakinis forgive me. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
