པའི་མེ་ལྟར་འབར། །མཐུ་སྟོབས་དྲེགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོར་ཕྱག་འཚལ་བསྟོད། །ཅེས་དང་། གནོད་བྱེད་བསྒྲལ་བྱ་ལ་སོགས་པ་འཁོར་གསུམ་མི་དམིགས་པའི་ངང་ནས། འཇམ་དཔལ་གཤིན་རྗེ་མཐུ་སྟོབས་དྲེགས་པའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཡི། །ལྷ་བསྒོམས་སྔགས་བཟླས་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་འདི་ཡི་མཐུས། །སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་བདུད་དཔུང་ཐམས་ཅད་ལས། །རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་གོ་འཕང་ཐོབ་གྱུར་ཅིག །གཞན་ཡང་བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱིས་མཐའ་རྟེན་དུ་བྱས་ལ། དེ་ལྟར་འོག་བཅས་དང་རྗེས་སུ་འབྲེལ་བའི་རྒྱུན་ཁྱེར་གནན་པ་གླིང་བཞི་རི་རབ་རྒྱས་འདེབས་འདི་ཁོ་ནའོ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མའི་དྲིན་ལས་རྙེད་པའི་ཆོས། །ངན་སྔགས་མ་ཡིན་སུས་སྒྲུབ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལ། །ཚེགས་ཆུང་མཐུ་སྟོབས་ཆེ་བའི་མནྟྲ་རུ། །རྒྱས་པར་སྤྲོ་བའི་གནང་བ་ལེགས་ཐོབ་ནས། །གཤིན་རྗེ་གཤེད་པོའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དབང་པོའི་སྡེས། །ཟབ་གནད་རྗེན་ཕྱུང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྷ་ལ་བཤགས། །བཀའ་བརྒྱུད་གཞུང་གི་སྦས་དོན་རྟོགས་དཀའ་བ། །མི་ནུབ་བསྟན་སྲུང་བཙས་སུ་དམིགས་སུ་གདམས། །དཔེ་མཐོང་བཀླགས་པས་མི་ཆོག་མཚམས་སྦྱོར་བསྡེབས། །སྒོམ་ལུང་ཐོབ་དགོས་རྣམ་གསལ་ཁོ་ནས་མིན། །མཐོང་བརྒྱུད་ལག་ལེན་གཅེས་སོ་བཅའ་འཕྲང་དོག །ཉི་མ་ལྟར་གྲགས་མདུང་ 53-27-5b གང་མ་ནི་རྒྱ། །རྒྱ་ཡིས་བཏབ་ཅིང་དེ་ཉིད་མ་གཏོགས་པ། །རྒྱ་ཆེན་སྤྲོ་བཞིའི་དོན་གནད་ཟབ་ཡིག་བཞིན། །རྒྱ་བཞིའི་དགོངས་འགྲེལ་འདི་ནི་རབ་སྒང་ཞེས། །རྒྱ་བོད་མཚམས་ཀྱི་ལྕོག་སྒར་གནས་སུ་སྦྱར།། །།

如火焰般燃烧，向具威力力量傲慢之阎魔法王顶礼赞颂。’如此，于无有能害者、所诛者等三轮体空的境界中，以修持阎摩敌威力力量傲慢之王之天尊，念诵真言，此善根之力，为利益众生，从一切魔军中，获得彻底胜利之佛陀果位。’此外，以回向和祈愿作为结尾。如此，以上下连接的方式，此日常修持的镇压四大部洲须弥山之法即是此。因具德上师之恩而获得的法，并非恶咒，无论谁修持都吉祥。以小努力而具大威力的真言，在充分展开的许可下，阎摩敌瑜伽自在者众，将甚深要诀赤裸揭示，向智慧本尊忏悔。噶举派教法的难解密意，作为不灭教法护法的誓言而特别指定。仅凭阅读范本是不够的，需要结合口诀，必须获得禅修传承，仅凭清晰观想是不够的。重视所见传承的实修，道路狭窄。如太阳般显赫的矛 冈玛尼是汉地。由汉地建立，除此以外，如广弘四喜的甚深要义之书，此四喜的释义名为绕冈，于汉藏边界的乔嘎尔处结合。

Burning like a flame, I prostrate and praise the Yama, the king of power, might, and arrogance.' Thus, in the state of emptiness of the three circles of the one who harms, the one to be killed, etc., by the power of meditating on the deity of Yamari, the king of power, might, and arrogance, reciting mantras, and this root of virtue, may I attain the state of Buddhahood, completely victorious over all the armies of demons, for the benefit of sentient beings.' Furthermore, make dedication and aspiration as the conclusion. Thus, this continuous practice of suppressing the four continents and Mount Meru, connected from above and below, is only this. The Dharma obtained through the kindness of the glorious Lama is not an evil mantra; whoever practices it will be auspicious. With the permission to fully expand the mantra of great power with little effort, the assembly of Yamari yogic masters confessed the profound key points nakedly to the wisdom deity. The difficult-to-understand secret meaning of the Kagyu teachings is specifically designated as the oath of the indestructible Dharma protector. It is not enough to just read the example; it is necessary to combine the oral instructions. It is necessary to obtain the meditation lineage; it is not enough to just have clear visualization. Cherish the practice of the seen lineage; the path is narrow. The spear as famous as the sun Gangmani is Han land.
