Karma Dakini Remati! You also control the world! You are the master of diseases, plagues, frost, and hail! Your form and attire are extraordinary! You adorn yourself with a dark blue sky as a canopy! Inside the tent of black storms! You are the terrifying mother goddess, like a rain cloud! Three eyes red as blood revolve! Wrinkled in anger, smoke billows from your nose! Opening your mouth wide, you devour corpses! Red hair swirls to the left! Adorned with five dry skulls in your hair! Golden and ashen earrings sway! In your right hand, you hold a golden vajra! In your left hand, you hold a bag of diseases! You wear a human skin cloak on your upper body! You wear a yellow Re de skirt on your lower body! Adorned with a garland of wet human heads! 具力母众祈垂听， 纳受此胜妙供养， 息灭人畜诸疫病， 消除霜雹损庄稼， 五谷牲畜皆增盛， 众生安乐愿具足， 祈愿佛法兴盛昌， 吉祥安乐皆成就。 如是献于净处。 继而进行驱雹仪轨。 随后，将替身面向外： 吽！ 遍布天地虚空界， 凶猛邪魔恶鬼众， 雹灾之主田地鬼， 以及年祟诸妖魔， 此乃清净替身祭， 携此速离此地界， 若违背誓言与法旨， 自身即为大自在， 马头明王具威德， 以大悲心化忿怒， 所化之诸忿怒尊， 手持各式诸兵器， 彻底摧毁尽消灭， 劫末之火焚烧之， 猛咒冰雹击碎之， 化为微尘尽除灭。 如是驱赶替身，由持兵甲者赶之。 随后，奉送明妃替身： 显有世间此界中， 具大神力及神通， 黑母天女眷属众， 断除疾病转移瘟， 息灭年病与霜雹， 平息邪魔恶鬼害， 调解八部纷争乱， 平息明妃之怒气， 息灭各种诸疾病， 遣除东方寻香害， 遣除南方阎罗害， 遣除西方水神害， 遣除北方罗刹害。 平息时节兵器乱。 平息地方之灾祸。 平息瑜伽之障碍。 平息智慧天女之惩罚。 平息世间空行之损害。 平息业力明妃之障碍。 息灭吧，黑母天女息灭之！ 转移吧，替身朵玛转移之！ 清净法界母之虚空， 东北方向墨蓝之湖， 圆满汇聚之森林， 欢喜愉悦之园林， 智慧天女降临于彼。 世间明妃之众等， 八大尸林二十四境， 以及三十二大圣地， 速速返回各自居处。 如是奉送替身。 之后，观修护轮。 如是驱雹仪轨，此前此地并无可靠传承。因此，为利益他人，应具证悟之上师喇嘛，贡布次仁，阿扎，俄尔普之咒师次仁彭，果托毕次等数人劝请，由多杰扎波于意之伏藏中记录成文。善哉！

Powerful mothers, please listen, Accept this excellent offering, Pacify diseases of humans and livestock, Remove harm from frost, hail, and crops, Increase grains and four-legged animals, Grant happiness and well-being to sentient beings, May the Buddha's teachings flourish, Grant virtue, auspiciousness, and well-being. Thus offered in a clean place. Then, perform the hail-repelling ritual. After that, turn the ransom effigy outwards: Hūṃ! Spreading through the sky and earth, Fierce demons, evil kings, and goblins, Hail lords, field spirits, and year demons, Take this pure ransom effigy, And leave this land from now on, If you transgress the command and oath, The powerful Lord of Self, Hayagriva (རྟ་མཆོག་དཔལ།, aśvottama-śrī, 马王胜), in wrathful compassion, Emanated wrathful deities, Holding various weapons, Will utterly destroy and annihilate you, Burn you in the fire of the eon, Shatter you with hailstones of fierce mantras, And obliterate you into dust. Thus, drive away the ransom effigy, chased by armed men. Then, carry away the Mamo effigy: In this realm of existence and samsara, With great power and miraculous abilities, Black Goddess and her retinue, Cut off diseases and divert epidemics, Repel year sickness and hail, Pacify harm from demons and evil spirits, Resolve conflicts of the Eight Classes, Pacify the anger of the Mamos, Repel all kinds of diseases, Repel the harm of gandharvas from the east, Repel the harm of Yamaraja from the south, Repel the harm of water spirits from the west, Repel the harm of evil spirits from the north. Pacify the strife of weapons in time. Pacify the disasters of this land. Pacify the harm to yogis. Pacify the punishment of the Wisdom Goddess. Pacify the harm of worldly dakinis. Pacify the obstacles of karma Mamos. Repel, Black Goddess, repel! Divert, effigy and torma, divert! The pure space of Dharmadhatu Mother, The dark blue lake in the northeast, The forest of complete gathering, The garden of joy, The Wisdom Goddess dwells there. The assembly of worldly Mamos, The eight charnel grounds and twenty-four lands, And the thirty-two great lands, Quickly return to your respective places. Thus, send away the effigy. Then, meditate on the protective circle. Thus, this hail-repelling ritual has no reliable source in this region before. Therefore, for the benefit of others, at the urging of realized lamas, Gonpo Tsering, Akyi, Ngorphu's mantra practitioner Tsering Phel, Gomthok Pichi, and others, Dorje Drakpo wrote it down from the treasure of his mind.
