May all grains and storehouses be filled like sesame pods! May all that is scattered be gathered! May all that is decayed be restored! May all that is exhausted be replenished! May all that is low be raised! May all that is empty be filled! May a great rain of wealth fall! May auspiciousness and perfection arise! The method of placing it is as follows: Tie a silk thread made of five-colored silk to the elephant's trunk. Fix the Jewel Elephant with a four-finger-long sandalwood peg. Then perform the consecration (rab gnas, consecration) as before. Perform the increasing ritual and pray for auspiciousness. At that time, on that day, when consecrating the foundation of the Jewel Elephant, if the phenomenon of giving wealth occurs, it will be a very good omen, a sign of the emergence of great accomplishments. After that, the material elephant should not be seen by people, nor should it be allowed to trample or drink sewage. It should be cherished and cared for very much, and should not be touched by people. The benefits of doing so are: one will become very wealthy, enjoying like the gods of the Joyful Heaven, and all wishes will be fulfilled spontaneously, and one will be envied by all sentient beings. Wealth gathers like clouds, descendants flourish like forests, one is liberated from diseases and demons, and one obtains perfect bliss and auspiciousness. In short, all the merits are the same as the Jewel Elephant, so one should strive to practice this method, from which all needs and desires can be obtained. It is called the method of raining down the great rain of wealth of the Jewel Elephant, which is the oral instruction for gathering food and wealth like clouds, and the method for wealth to meet the ocean of wish-fulfilling jewels is complete.
