The first meaning is confessing sins, first, generate and recite Vajrasattva, And strive to confess sins. The method of taking vows is to abandon alcohol and women, And all sinful foods and monastic property. Abandon meat and daytime sleep, Garlic and turnips, etc. Rely on milk and the three whites. The second meaning is guarding the mantra, on a mandala with four continents and Mount Meru, Place a bowl, arrange three parts of torma on the right, Arrange the five offerings on the left.
