When there is fever and low body temperature, if the condition invades the kidneys, death will occur within three days. Therefore, treating this disease is very important. These are the symptoms of kidney disease. The treatment is: boil 'Purmo' (a Tibetan medicine) and take one bowl each time; take 'Gla Tsi' (a Tibetan medicine), 'Pi Pi Ling' (a Tibetan medicine), and garlic; cook pork and fish with fresh oil and take them; grind 'Lang Tang Tse' (a Tibetan medicine), 'Ma Ru Tse' (a Tibetan medicine), and 'Bi Tang Kha' (a Tibetan medicine) into powder, make pills, wrap them with white butter and take them; perform various fumigation therapies. Cook 'Khanpa' (a Tibetan medicine), 'Zhu Ma' (a Tibetan medicine), 'Za Di' (a Tibetan medicine), 'Glum Bang' (a Tibetan medicine), pig gall, rabbit gall, black dog feces, 'Ba Cha' (a Tibetan medicine), garlic, and bird feces with butter for fumigation. Wrap the body with cloth or felt and fumigate to the extent tolerable. The above are the treatments for kidney disease. If 'Gya Gya' (a Tibetan medicine) and 'Sin Porbata' (a Tibetan medicine) invade the intestines, all the parasites in the body will flee, causing lumps to appear on the body. The patient will experience dry mouth, upturned eyes, stiff hands and feet, stiff thumb joints, body hair standing on end, cold rashes, inability to speak, and sometimes mental confusion. These are the symptoms of the disease invading the intestines. The treatment is: put 'Purmo' (a Tibetan medicine) in a pottery pot, cover the mouth of the pot with a bowl, tie it tightly with a rope, press the edges with sand to ensure no air leaks, and then burn it. Mix the ashes after burning with all available deworming medicines, make pills, wrap them with white butter and take them. Serve with cold 'Purmo' (a Tibetan medicine) soup, or mix with barley wine and take it. This disease has four incurable signs: a weak voice but loud volume is incurable; bleeding from the anus is incurable; a stiff upper body is incurable; trembling and hiccupping are incurable. It is very important to carefully identify these signs. Please keep this in the king's mind! The causes of the disease are: disobeying the teachings of the guru, breaking vows, offending the Dharma protectors, reciting secret mantras in public, revealing the secrets of the Dakinis, destroying the precepts with swords, foreign invasions, the destruction of the king's territory, and conflicts in the monastery. The Buddha said that these will all lead to the occurrence of the disease. For the benefit of future generations, bury this knowledge as a treasure. This is the treasure that I, Lhatsun, discovered in Samye Monastery. It can prolong human life. Do not give it to other women. For the medical seekers of all directions, without this wheel of ignorant weapons, it is like facing the enemy naked. Like a warrior without weapons. Therefore, this wheel is very precious. I visualize the heart of the black pig and visualize the wheel in it. Recite the six-syllable mantra and apply poison to the five chakras. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
