Therefore, in order to destroy all land enemies and foreign armies, write the essence of the five classes of crest jewels: Crest Jewel 1, White Umbrella 2, Crest Jewel Victorious 3, Crest Jewel Flame 4, Crest Jewel Immaculate 5, Lotus Crest Jewel. And on the outer periphery, surround with weapon flames, thereby protecting all obstacles. At the four corners, in order to stabilize life, write the unchangeable crossed vajra. On the back of the wheel, write ཨཱཿཧྲཱིཿཁ་ཎི (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning: Ah, Hrih, Kha, Ni), these four seed syllables can eliminate poison, overcome nine evils, and manifest eight lights. Write the essence: Om, Akani, Nikani, Abila, Mandala, Maye, Svaha. Mix camphor, saffron, musk, red and white sandalwood, and other fragrant medicinal substances, and consecrate them. In a well-made stupa, or in a house, or on the top of a pillar, or on the roof of a temple, or placing it in any other house is also good. Temples, sacred objects, kingdoms, etc., all will be auspicious and radiant. Able to overcome the land enemies of the four elements and all evils. All demons and spirits cannot stand in that place, therefore that place and sacred object will not become a haunted place. If that wheel is placed inside a bell, then within the range of the bell's sound, the land deities cannot cause harm out of hatred. It is the same in a large drum. Whoever possesses this, any mantra holder, etc., all beings of gods, demons, and humans will listen to his commands. The person who builds a stable life object, that place will become a place of offering, and will become long-lived. The praise of merits can be clearly seen in the sutras and tantras, it is inconceivable, because having the dharani mantra is enough. Very secret, if not kept secret, everyone will know, therefore it will become unimportant and the blessing will disappear, so keep it in mind.
