或者被称为伟大的坛城,或者按照自己的仪轨,以嗡ōng 啊 a 吽 hōng(藏文,梵文天城体:ओ३म् आः हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:身语意三金刚),以及普贤行愿等祈祷,祈求愿望实现。

Or known as the great Mandala, or according to one's own ritual, with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ३म् आः हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Body, Speech, and Mind Three Vajras), and prayers such as the Samantabhadra's conduct, pray for the fulfillment of wishes. Then offer the Torma to the protectors, perform the complete ritual and Tsog offering, then follow the order of offering praises, confessing sins, until accomplishment, and finally perform the stabilization. In one's own ritual, from the Lama Yidam, etc., contemplate gaining the certainty of liberation, in between recite and meditate. With 'Ye Dhar' (yē dá) etc., scatter flowers, recite auspicious words, etc., and finally accomplish the activity. If relying only on the fire garland, after generating oneself as the deity, purify with 'Cakra Svabhāva' (cà kǎ ra sà wǎ bā wǎ). From emptiness, visualize one's own voice clearly emanating. In between, manifest liberation, generate according to one's own ritual. Invite according to the activity ritual, then while scattering flowers, recite mantras such as the root mantra. At that time, generate the ten directions etc. according to one's own ritual. From invitation to prostration is completed, then perform bathing, offering new clothes, etc., according to the common ritual. In the remaining part of the offering praise, visualize oneself and the deity in front, including the main and minor gatherings, recite the large, medium, etc., recite the common and individual, as mentioned before, do one's best to visualize and recite, and finally offer the emptiness words, recite the prayer and wish fulfillment. Repeat again from blessing the offerings, at the end of the three times etc., at the end of the evening offering, offer the Torma to the protectors, after the Tsog offering, the former explains the types. Whether extensive or concise, practice like this for seven days etc., after the last practice of accomplishment, after the horse dance, pray with 'Hriḥ' (shě e) and 'Three Times Buddhas' etc., generate strong devotion. Recite the words of obtaining accomplishment. For convenience, spread out a wheel, at the end of one's own ritual, when opening the Mandala to view, from 'When opening the Mandala to view' to 'May bestow the supreme power' visualize in between, and pray wholeheartedly three times. Recite the bathing words on the mirror, perform bathing and offering new clothes etc., sprinkle the bathing water on the body and drink it, apply it to the five places, visualize the Five Buddha Families etc., also visualize according to the ritual. Again offer thanksgiving offerings and Mandala, extensively offer praises. Confession etc. is done according to the previous method. After the practice is completed, fold the center of the wheel without damaging it. Wrap it with any available colored silk. Visualize 'The nature of the Mandala is Dharmakaya' etc. according to the ritual, and respectfully place it in a place of offering. Third, in general, this wheel is worn on the body of those who are not sinners, but have Dharma and vows, can temporarily be liberated from diseases, demons, evil influences, and all obstacles. Even those who have committed the five heinous crimes and violated the three vows can be restored. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It is said that unimaginable benefits can be obtained through meaningful connections. In particular, if clear images, sounds, and symbols of mind are placed in sacred objects, and the twenty-one activities, including the main temple of the Sun and Moon, are completed in full, then the best yogi will be liberated in one lifetime, the intermediate one in the first bardo, and the lowest one will be liberated immediately in the next life without interruption. Even if one's capacity is low, it is impossible to fall into the lower realms. For the rituals of great kingdoms, if these activities are completed, there is nothing better than that. The reason is: 'This is the powerful king, the intention of Kuntuzangpo (普贤), the very essence of the Vidyadhara lineage.' This is not something contrived by ordinary people, but the definitive meaning of the teachings, endowed with the blessing and power of the natural wisdom of Kuntuzangpo, the essence of all teachings, so do not take it lightly. I prostrate with folded hands and pray. I, Padma Gardwang Lodrö Thaye, wrote this note in the palace of the auspicious gathering at Dzongshö, hoping it would be helpful to fortunate individuals and myself as a reminder, confessing any faults, and may this virtue bring boundless benefit to others! May auspiciousness increase! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
