以衰弱之身，感受或未感受到的过失，于空行护法前忏悔。 吽！ 诸佛寂怒金刚上师（Vajra Guru）， 圆满逝者，持守誓言之明妃（Vidyadhara）， 三身传承金刚兄妹眷属， 作为见证，祈请所有皈依之境垂听。 我以无明之身、语、意， 对上师及其眷属恶语相向， 宣扬本尊真言和手印之秘密， 违背根本誓言，在此坦白并忏悔。 应知五事与应行五事， 不应舍弃五事与应成就五事， 应受持五事等支分誓言， 若有违犯，我以自责之心坦白忏悔。 于真言心存疑虑，诽谤无上乘， 见解与行为相悖，修持不正， 因懈怠放逸，错过时节供养， 三律仪及共同誓言，我皆坦白忏悔。 智慧浅薄，未能领悟心髓之义， 禅定微弱，未能证悟实相之境， 心力不足，未能以行持增进证悟， 纵然精进思修，却因错解而积聚违逆， 我于此不如意的果报坦白忏悔。 吽！ 未造作，自然生起之大药， 本初清净，无有垢染。 八根本及千支分， 成就五部佛之药。 以此圆满誓言之大药， 于广阔无垠之色究竟天（Akanishta）， 安住自性之诸佛， 以五智之光芒圆满。 以普贤供养之云圆满。 愿诸佛心意圆满， 以慈悲化身救度六道众生。 从初始之佛不退转， 愿普贤王如来（Kuntuzangpo）之誓愿圆满。 于自心生起智慧之本尊， 寂静与忿怒诸本尊坛城圆满。 以慈悲化身行持利生事业。 以慈悲化身行持利生事业。 自金刚持（Vajradhara）次第而来， 所有引导众生者， 其身与净土以供养圆满。 愿诸佛心意圆满！ 我忏悔所违犯之誓言。 慈悲所生之红色， 乃是繁衍存在之血。 莲花红血，自然生起之血， 斩断十地之命血。 精华红露，生起之血， 一切清净，乃是怀柔之物。 不清净之三界轮回之因， 以黑汝嘎（Heruka）之意， 斩断三有轮回之习气。 加持为供养之物， 献予大母普贤佛母（Kuntuzangmo）， 为生起智慧之缘而献供。 献予饮血忿怒尊众， 作为策励慈悲之供养。

Victorious peaceful and wrathful Vajra Guru, Perfect Sugatas, complete Gzungsma (Gzungsma) with Damtsig (Damtsig), Three bodies Gdungsob (Gdungsob) Vajra siblings, Be witnesses, I beseech all refuges to consider. I, with ignorance of body, speech, and mind, Spoke ill of the master and others, Proclaimed the secret of Yidam (Yi-dam) mantras and mudras, Violated the root Dam (Dam), I confess and repent. Five things to know and five things to practice, Five things not to abandon and five things to accomplish, Five things to accept, etc., all branch Damtsigs (Damtsigs), If diminished, I confess and repent with self-reproach. Doubting mantras, disparaging the supreme vehicle, View and conduct separated, practice not straightened, Wrong conduct, laziness, missed timely offerings, Three vows, common Damtsigs (Damtsigs), I confess and repent. Small talent of intelligence, not realizing the meaning of essence, Small endurance of meditation, not able to endure the state of reality, Small strength of mind, practice not advanced, Even if I think and practice well, I accumulate conflicting thoughts due to wrong meaning. I confess and repent of the resulting disappointment. Hūṃ! Unfabricated, naturally arising great substance, Primordially pure, free from stains. Eight roots and a thousand branches, Substance for accomplishing the victorious ones of the five families. With this great medicine that fulfills Damtsig (Damtsig), In the great Ogmin (Ogmin) pervasive expanse, The Buddhas residing in their own nature, Fulfill with the light of the five wisdoms. Fulfill with the clouds of Kunsang (Kunsang) offerings. May the intention of the mind be fulfilled, And liberate the six realms with the compassion of the incarnation. The first Buddha, unchanging light, May the Samantabhadra's (Samantabhadra) heart Dam (Dam) be fulfilled. The deity of the arising wisdom in oneself, Peaceful and wrathful, fulfill the vast assembly of deities. Accomplish the benefit of beings with the compassion of the incarnation. Accomplish the benefit of beings with the compassion of the incarnation. Coming in succession from Vajradhara (Vajradhara), All those who guide beings, Fulfill their bodies and fields with offerings. May the intention of the mind be fulfilled! I confess the broken Damtsig (Damtsig). The red color of compassion, The blood of the cause of creating existence. Lotus red blood, naturally arising blood, The lifeblood that slays the ten fields. Essence red, the blood of origin, All pure, the substance of empowerment. Impure three realms, the cause of Samsara (Saṃsāra), With the intention of Heruka (Heruka), Cut off the habits of the three existences of Samsara (Saṃsāra). Bless as an offering substance, Offer to the great mother Kuntuzangmo (Kuntuzangmo), For the sake of arising wisdom. 愿献祭品，以滋养所有空行母！ 愿献祭品，以助护法神完成事业！ 愿献祭品，以诛杀所有违誓之敌！ 愿圆满誓言，赐予成就！ 吽！ 三界精华，食物之精髓，谷物、水果，六味之食。 愿献上十方田地的丰收，以及累劫的血肉！ 愿献上英雄的精髓，以及各种美味佳肴！ 以虔诚之心，观想并献上供养！ 于法界之中，以虔诚之心献上！ 向寂静之神，献上庄严之供！ 向忿怒之神，献上威猛之供！ 令上师欢喜！ 令空行母喜悦！ 令护法神满足！ 愿此供养，成为圆满誓言之缘起！ 然后，拿起酥油灯盏： 吽！ 愿献上百余盏珍贵灯盏，点燃百余盏纯净灯芯。 以精华之油，注满灯盏，点燃百盏明灯。 为圆满誓言之缺失，以虔诚之心，供养诸佛。 于色究竟天法界宫殿中，五智之光辉煌灿烂。 愿圆满寂静与忿怒本尊之心意。 于心间法界宫殿中，智慧种子明亮。 愿圆满自生寂静本尊之心意。 于头顶梵穴宫殿中，自生热能之光芒闪耀。 愿圆满自生忿怒本尊之心意。 于虔诚信仰之显现中，觉性自生，无碍明晰。 愿圆满金刚上师之心意。 于脉、气、明点之清净中，觉性自然安住。 愿圆满空行母之心意。 于广阔世间，星光点点。 愿圆满外在护法之心意。 所有誓言之缺失，皆以本尊之力量，令其清净！ 吽！ 于不可思议之秘密坛城中，愿向上师、本尊、诸佛，以及所有圣众，献上自生法界之灯盏，点燃智慧之光。 愿献上八根本支与千细支之甘露，以及五身圆满智慧之供养。 愿以纯净之颅器，盛满殊胜朵玛，献上圆满一切所需之供养。 愿于解脱三界轮回之虚空中，献上无染之红色血供，令其欢喜。 愿诸尊欢喜享用！ 愿弥补誓言之缺失，净除烦恼与障碍！ 愿一切吉祥！

May offerings be presented to nourish all Ḍākinīs! May offerings be presented to help Dharma protectors accomplish their activities! May offerings be presented to subdue all oath-breaking enemies! May vows be fulfilled, and may attainments be bestowed! Hūṃ! The essence of the three realms, the essence of food, grains, fruits, and six tastes. May the harvest of the ten directions and the flesh and blood of kalpas be offered! May the essence of heroes and various delicacies be offered! With devotion, visualize and offer the offerings! In the realm of Dharma, offer with devotion! To the peaceful deities, offer beautiful offerings! To the wrathful deities, offer majestic offerings! May the Lamas be pleased! May the Ḍākinīs be delighted! May the Dharma protectors be satisfied! May this offering be the support for fulfilling vows! Then, take up the butter lamp: Hūṃ! May hundreds of precious lamps be offered, and hundreds of pure wicks be lit. Fill the lamps with the essence of oil, and light hundreds of bright lamps. To fulfill the deficiencies of vows, with devotion, offer to all the Buddhas. In the Dharmadhatu palace of Akanishta, the five wisdom lights shine brilliantly. May the mind of the peaceful and wrathful deities be fulfilled. In the Dharmadhatu palace of the heart, the wisdom seed is clear. May the mind of the self-born peaceful deity be fulfilled. In the palace of the skull at the crown, the light of self-born heat blazes. May the mind of the self-born wrathful deity be fulfilled. In the appearance of devotion and faith, awareness is self-born, unobstructed, and clear. May the mind of the Vajra Master be fulfilled. In the purity of channels, winds, and bindus, awareness naturally abides. May the mind of the Ḍākinīs be fulfilled. In the vast expanse of the world, the light of stars shines. May the mind of the external oath-bound ones be fulfilled. May all deficiencies of vows be purified by the power of the deity! Hūṃ! In the inconceivable secret mandala, may the self-born Dharmadhatu lamp be offered to the Lamas, Yidams, Buddhas, and all the holy beings, and may the light of wisdom be lit. May the nectar of the eight root branches and thousand minor branches be offered, as well as the offering of the complete wisdom of the five bodies. May the pure skull cup be filled with the excellent Torma, and may the offering that fulfills all needs be offered. In the space of the Dharmadhatu, which liberates the three realms of samsara, may the uncontaminated red blood offering be presented to please them. May all the deities be pleased to accept!
