吽。嗡啊吽。祈请上师如海圣众，祈请本尊如海圣众，祈请空行母如海圣众，祈请护田如海圣众，祈请护法阳众，祈请护法阴众，祈请持誓如海圣众，祈请处所守护财神，祈请财神如海圣众，祈请显有神鬼，祈请地方神祇，祈请寂静处守护，祈请六道父母，祈请宿债魔障，有些是外在的，有些是内在的，有些是秘密的，祈请安住于本然之自性，享受大乐之会供。萨瓦嘎纳扎扎布扎卡卡卡嘿。（藏文：སརྦ་གྷ་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི།）如是会供。 如是，此乃总集三根本之祈请文，于藏地康区噶陀南系出生之遍知法王贝玛洛哲（莲花慧）之法脉持有者，亦为狮座守护者，大金刚持噶桑邬金丹增尊者屡屡劝请而作。虽于旧有祈请文之上增添诸多词句，然未能及时呈上，故为圆满已逝上师之意愿，并为便于一切法会及荟供之修持，故作此总集祈请文。于诸多仪轨中，此乃依血饮降魔具力金刚之语而作。金刚乘瑜伽士策旺诺布于藏地卫茹之境，遍知无垢光之圣地，于地上之色究竟天，冈日托嘎（白颅雪山）所造。愿此能圆满上师之意，增盛吉祥之聚。此三根本总集精要，无论何人，切勿增删混杂。于初十、空行母日及会供之时，若能精勤修持，定能遣除违缘，获得二种成就。如是说。 如是，二十五弟子，贝玛穆扎（莲花手印），娘本色仲，朗杰祥涅，雷哲匝，空行母，大持明，根本上师等八位，如于大圆满传承中所需，故向持明者请示，答曰：‘此等确为所需，然我未曾书写。’虽如是吩咐，然未能如愿。为圆满彼之意愿，无有错谬否？持明者之眷属，华丹巴沃多杰祖拉嘎（吉祥勇士金刚顶髻喜）如是说。 莲师使者，持明众之主，殊胜大乐洲之界中。

Sarva Ghaṇa Cakra Pūja Kha Kha Khāhi. (藏文：སརྦ་གྷ་ཎ་ཙཀྲ་པཱུ་ཛ་ཁ་ཁ་ཁཱ་ཧི།) Thus is the feast offering. Thus, this general invocation of the Three Roots was composed at the repeated request of Kalsang Orgyen Tendzin, the throne holder of the great Tibetan Kathok Southern Lineage, who was born in Tibet, holds the lineage of the Dharma of the omniscient Chöje Pema Lodrö (Lotus Intelligence), and is the protector of the lion throne. Although many words were added to the old invocation, it was not possible to present it in time, so in order to fulfill the intention of the deceased precious Lama, and for the convenience of engaging in and carrying out all Dharma assemblies and Tsokhors, this general invocation was made. Among the many rituals, this is based on the words of the Blood-Drinking Powerful Vajra who subdues demons. Tsewang Norbu, a Vajrayana yogi, composed it in the land of Ü-Tsang in Tibet, the sacred place of Omniscient Drimé Özer (Stainless Light), in the Akanishtha realm on earth, Gangri Thökar (White Skull Snow Mountain). May this fulfill the Lama's intention and increase the assembly of auspiciousness. This essential general invocation of the Three Roots, may no one add, subtract, or mix it up. If one diligently practices it on the tenth day, Ḍākinī Day, and during Tsok offerings, one will surely remove obstacles and attain both siddhis. Thus it is said. Thus, the twenty-five disciples, Pema Mudra (Lotus Seal), Nyangben Shetrom, Langje Shangne, Lhérel Tsal, the Ḍākinī, the Great Vidyādhara, the Root Guru, etc., these eight are needed in the Nyingma lineage, so I asked the Vidyādhara, who replied: 'These are definitely needed, but I have not written them.' Although he instructed thus, it was not fulfilled. To fulfill his intention, is there no mistake?
