Since clear instructions are given through words and the wisdom being is invoked, meditate with one-pointed mind in this way: From the state of emptiness, upon a lotus and moon seat, you yourself are Padma Thotreng (Lotus Skull Garland), subduing existence and appearance, white with a reddish glow, wrathful and smiling. The right hand raises a golden vajra towards the sky, while the left hand holds a skull cup filled with nectar and a vase of longevity in the mudra of equipoise. Leaning against the left arm is a khatvanga. On the head is a soft lotus hat, and on the body are layered secret garments, a skirt, a dharma robe, and a silk maroon cloak. The feet rest in the posture of royal ease amidst swirling rainbows and light. The three places are marked with three seed syllables. Visualize that the guru radiates light filling the sky from his heart. From the southwest, from the Lotus Light Palace and other pure realms of the three kayas, invite countless wisdom beings, who dissolve into your own body, speech, and mind, inseparable. Hūṃ hrīḥ! Recite the names of places, etc., and the mantra of Padma Thotreng's power, bestowing blessings. May the wisdom being remain steadfast! Tiṣṭha vajra. Thus, place the vajra on the head. Then, in order to accomplish the torma offering in front again, please focus single-mindedly on each visualization in accordance with the words. Hrīḥ! From the state of clear light and emptiness, generate the deity and retinue. Invite and establish the samaya being. Offerings, accompanied by mantras. Below: Kye! Praise with 'The one who generates wisdom,' etc. The lama sprinkles the inner offering nectar on the torma and also gives it to the disciples. Raise the vajra. Ho! 'This is the secret nectar; if you keep the samaya, you will achieve the supreme siddhi; if you break it, you will be burned. Therefore, disciple and protector, do not transgress the samaya with each other!' Oṃ vajrasamaya hūṃ rakṣantu. Thus, proclaim the samaya. Take the torma. Visualize the Dakini Queen Tashi Tsering and her five sisters, along with their retinue, and all the medicine goddesses of the three realms, an immense gathering, appearing vividly. Merely by entrusting and commanding you, may they joyfully accept to accomplish all entrusted activities without ever being negligent. Hūṃ! 'Chief of all worldly medicine goddesses, Tashi Tsering, sovereign of life, with your retinue, protect this child, and never neglect your activities!' Thus, hand it over. Then arise, and protect the Buddha's teachings in the form of an emanation woman, Jomo Tashi Tseyi Wangchukma (meaning: Auspicious Long Life Empowerment Mother), with a beautiful dark blue face, Unmoving Good Cow Mother (meaning: Miyo Langsangma), Good Crown Throat Mother (meaning: Chodpan Gring Zangma), White Mole Good Going Mother (meaning: Tal Kar Dro Zangma), together with all the medicine women of the three realms and hundreds of thousands of retinues, you all promised before the great glorious Heruka, the Bhagavan Shakyamuni, the secret lord Vajrapani, the wisdom dakini lion-faced one, and the master Padmasambhava to uphold the heart essence teachings and the yogis who practice, do not forget your oath. Show a joyful face to this oath-bound vajra disciple, show a smiling face, accompany them inseparable as body and shadow, bestow vast enjoyments in accordance with the Dharma, and pacify all immediate adversities such as the fear of the king's punishment, and accomplish all wishes in accordance with the Dharma.
