Three Accomplishments: The deity who protects like a child and supports like a husband, I pay homage and praise to the voice of the Lion-faced Dakini! Protector of the secret mantra teachings, wrathful deity of the yogis, destroyer of the armies of demons, subduer of the unruly enemies and obstructors. With miraculous power, you subdue gods and demons, and diligently work to protect the Buddha's teachings. In the form of a Rakshasa woman, you inflict diseases and plagues upon enemies, I pay homage and praise to the glorious, blazing Lion-faced One! Hum Phat! With great power, you heed the commands of the father and mother deities, I pay homage and praise to the embodiments of male and female corpses! Servants of the command, the assembly of the eight classes of executioners, I pay homage and praise to the arrogant siblings! Hum Phat! Upon those who break their vows, you send various ill omens, I pay homage and praise to the embodiment of the great being! Casting all vow-breaking enemies and obstructors into the pit of blood, I pay homage and praise to the King of Dharma, Yama! Upon those who break their vows, you send leprosy like rain, I pay homage and praise to the nine-headed Naga demon! Binding all vow-breaking enemies and obstructors with a lasso, I pay homage and praise to the Black Lord of Demons! Upon those who break their vows, you send various evil spirits, I pay homage and praise to the great Tsen and Gong spirits! Upon those who break their vows, you send ill omens of encircling rainbows, I pay homage and praise to the white god-demon! Destroying vow-breaking enemies and obstructors with cursed weapons, I pay homage to the Rakshasa Dhar Dhi! Upon those who break their vows, you send blood diseases like rain, I pay homage to Dorje Balam! Hum Phat! Furthermore, the arrogant hosts of workers, according to the command of the main deity, perform their respective tasks. Annihilating the enemies and obstructors of the teachings like dust, I pay homage and praise to the assembly of obedient workers! Thus, this great field-protecting deity, who appears as the secret lord Simha Ghanta, is the protector of the victorious teachings. Close to the heart, swift in power, mighty, auspicious, and with little opposition. Although there are many new and old terma sadhanas, this one comes from the terma of the blood-drinking, powerful, demon-subduing Vajra. Since the sadhanas are many but the essence of the deities is one, there is nothing not included here. Especially, this profound and swift method is the greatest, so strive to practice it. In particular, this is the foremost deity of our lineage! This is the terma text, easily extracted by the great Vidyadhara Tsewang Norbu, who also added a torma offering. Auspicious! Auspicious!
