The recitation of the four-mandala offering ritual for supplicating the Holy Tara, from the Great Treasure Trove (Damngak Dzö). Jonang Tara, Manjushri ritual. The recitation of the four-mandala offering ritual for supplicating the Holy Tara. Homage to Noble Tara). Here, if one wishes to perform the profound method of supplicating Jetsun Tara for desired aims, the ritual of the four mandalas, one should clean the room and adorn it with decorations. In the center, on a fine throne, place the supports of the Three Jewels in general, and in particular, an image of Jetsunma that has been consecrated. In front of it, draw four mandalas of scented water with two layers of lines each. On top of each of these, arrange four sets of offerings complete with the five desirable qualities. If four monks with pure lineage perform the supplication, it will be very swift. If that is not possible, it can be accomplished even if one supplicates alone. The order of that is: To the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha supreme, Until enlightenment, I take refuge. By the merit of my giving and so forth, May I achieve Buddhahood for the benefit of beings. Recite the refuge and bodhicitta three times. May all sentient beings have happiness and the causes of happiness; may all sentient beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering; may all sentient beings never be separated from the supreme bliss free from suffering; may all sentient beings abide in equanimity, free from attachment and aversion, near and far. Thus, precede with the meditation of the four immeasurables. By the truth of the Three Jewels, the blessings of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the great power of the complete accumulation of the two accumulations, and the inconceivable power of the Dharma realm, which is completely pure, May these surrounding grounds be like the arrangement of the Sukhavati realm, adorned with all the ornaments of abundance, beautiful and pleasing to the mind, inconceivable. Thus, transform the place. In these perfect realms, may the pure and pleasing divine and human enjoyments, such as forms, sounds, smells, tastes, and tactile sensations, transform into an inconceivable ocean of offering clouds, filling the entire expanse of space. Thus, bless the offerings. Burn incense, join the palms with flowers, From all directions and times, the Three Jewels and retinue, With compassion, mindful of afflicted beings, From immeasurable realms, descend here unhindered. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Through miraculous power, I invite you to come here and reside in the center of the ocean of offering clouds. You are the protector of all sentient beings, Destroying the hordes of demons and their retinues, Knowing all things as they are. I invite the Bhagavan and his retinue to come to this place. From the sacred place of Potala, Born from the green TĀṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ताँ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable), The light of TĀṂ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ताँ, Romanized Sanskrit: tāṃ, Literal meaning: seed syllable) liberates beings. I invite Tara and her retinue to come. With crowns of gods and demigods, Touching the lotus at your feet, The mother who liberates from all poverty, I invite Tara and her retinue to come. Thus, invite. In the sky in front, visualize the assembly of lamas and Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, especially Jetsunma Sengdeng Nagi Tārā, surrounded by the retinue of the twenty-one Tārās, coming and abiding inseparable from oneself. Then, The embodiment of all Buddhas, The nature of Vajradhara. The root of the Three Jewels, I prostrate to the Lamas. The protector with great compassion, The omniscient teacher. The field of merit and qualities, I prostrate to the Tathagata. The cause of purity and freedom from attachment, Liberating from the lower realms through virtue, The one and only supreme ultimate, I prostrate to the peaceful Dharma. Also showing the path of liberation from liberation, With great respect for the trainings. The supreme field, endowed with qualities, I also prostrate to the Sangha. Thus praising the common Three Jewels, and prostrating three times to each, twelve times in total. Scattering flowers to the common supports of the Three Jewels, then sitting on the ground, after one recitation of the Samantabhadra Prayer, I beseech all the Buddhas, the Bhagavad-ones, abiding in the ten directions, and the great Bodhisattvas abiding on the ten bhumis, and the great Vajradhara Lamas to consider me. Until the essence of enlightenment, I take refuge in the Buddhas. And in the Dharma and the assembly of Bodhisattvas, Likewise, I take refuge. Having first taken refuge three times, As the Sugatas of old, Generated the mind of enlightenment, And dwelt in the Bodhisattva's precepts, In that order, Likewise, for the benefit of beings, I will generate the mind of enlightenment, And likewise, in the precepts, I will train in order. Having taken the generation of the mind three times, finally meditating on joy: Today my life... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
