Visualize the mantra garland circling it clockwise. Then, with strong devotion to the guru, from the mantra garland at the guru's heart, a second mantra garland appears like one lamp lighting another, enters your mouths, and merges indivisibly with the mantra garland at your heart. With this faith, repeat this mantra. The essence mantra that appears in the ritual and secret instructions, please repeat three times. Thus, all the power and blessings of the speech wisdom mantra of Jetsun Wish-Fulfilling Wheel will enter your being, believe that you have obtained unobstructed vajra speech. Handing the rosary to [the disciple], Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ)! Unobstructed, pure Brahma's voice, the essence of nectar, sound emptiness, beyond thought and expression, free from attachment and discrimination, pure Brahma's voice without birth or death, the speech of the Holy Mother, may you, this fortunate and excellent son, completely obtain it!' After the root mantra, add, Vāka Abhiṣiñca Āḥ (Tibetan: ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨཱ，Sanskrit Devanagari: वाक अभिषिञ्च आ，Sanskrit Romanization: vāka abhiṣiñca āḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Speech, Consecrate, Ah). Third, in order to transfer the blessing of the mind's clear light, place the mirror of the self-arisen Vajrasattva (rdo rje sems dpa') at your heart. The heart of Jetsun Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the blessing of great wisdom, enters your being, believe that you have obtained the constant vajra heart of the innate clear light. Place the crystal stone at your heart, Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ) Hrīḥ (ཧྲཱི)! The wisdom of the expanse blazes like light, the blessings of the heart of Jetsun Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, without exception, I pray that they be bestowed upon this fortunate and excellent son!' Hūṃ hrīḥ. From the torma's palace of non-elaboration and roundness, the deities of the supreme wish-fulfilling wheel reside. Blessings fill the vast expanse, blazing with light. Complete with body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Please bestow upon this fortunate son of lineage the supreme empowerment of immortal life. Please grant the power of health and happiness. At the end of the mantra, recite: Kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ (Body empowerment oṃ), Vāka abhiṣiñca ā (Speech empowerment ā), Citta abhiṣiñca hūṃ (Mind empowerment hūṃ). Grant longevity pills and longevity wine with oṃ ārya tāre tuttāre ture āyurjñāna siddhi phala hūṃ (ཨོཾ་ཨཱཪྻ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཨཱ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་སིདྡྷི་ཕ་ལ་ཧཱུྃ༔，嗡，圣度母，速疾度母，勇度母，寿命智慧成就 啪啦 吽). Recite a common verse, and give the eight auspicious symbols and the seven royal emblems, and recite auspicious prayers. Promise the samaya. Perform thanksgiving and praise as in the common practice. Confess transgressions. Dissolve the visualized deity in front into oneself. Accomplish by making dedications, aspirations, and auspicious recitations in accordance with the general secret practice. In all lifetimes, May the noble mother always protect. Obtain the immortal vajra long life empowerment. Save all beings from the fear of the Lord of Death.
