In order to integrate, from the four immeasurables, the light of Ja (Tibetan: ཛ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज, Sanskrit Romanization: ja, Meaning: birth) Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Meaning: subdue) Bam (Tibetan: བྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vaṃ, Meaning: increase) Hoh (Tibetan: ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: होः, Sanskrit Romanization: hoḥ, Meaning: joy) radiates, merging into the goddess herself, contemplate as inseparable. Sixth, recite the mantra: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayurjnana Punye Pushtim Kuru Ye Svaha (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ་ཏཱ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་ཏུཏྟཱ་རེ་མ་མ་ཨ་ཡུརྫྙཱ་ན་པུཎྱེ་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔), thinking of increasing my lifespan, recite as much as possible. Seventh, perform the gathering and dispersing: Visualize a white 'Tam (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ)' syllable on the moon in your heart, surrounded by the above mantra. From it, light radiates, offering to all the departed Buddhas, pleasing their body, speech, and mind. The light gathers back, contemplate obtaining the accomplishment of immortal life. The light radiates outward, purifying the two obscurations of sentient beings, extending lifespan, contemplate that all the qualities of the outer world and inner beings are gathered back, diligently recite. Eighth, observe the signs: After hearing the crow's call, end the practice, observe the dreams. Dreaming of climbing high places and stupas is a good sign, dreaming of drinking milk and nectar is a good sign, dreaming of wearing white clothes and ornaments is a good sign. The secret sign is that the emanation of the goddess says 'You will be able to live this year,' then believe it, and it will be accomplished within twenty-one days. Ninth, practice the completion stage: Gather all appearances and existence into the seat, gather the seat into the deity, gather the deity into the mantra in the heart, gather the mantra into the 'Tam (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ)' syllable, The 'Tam (Tibetan: ཏཱཾ)' syllable dissolves into a bindu, the bindu disappears like vapor when blowing on a mirror with the syllable 'Ha (Tibetan: ཧ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह, Sanskrit Romanization: ha, Meaning: emptiness)', this is the completion stage. Dissolving into the Dharmadhatu, thereby not knowing the end of life. Explaining from the subsequent three things, the first is the action of activity: Transform the visualization and gathering and dispersing of the above mantra, increasing lifespan and merit as usual. If you want to pacify diseases and demons, add 'Diseases, demons, harms, Peace, Kuru Ye Svaha (Tibetan: ནད་གདོན་གནོད་པ་ཤཱནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔)' after the mantra. If you want to subdue, add 'Gods, demons, humans, so-and-so, Subdue, Kuru Ye Svaha (Tibetan: ལྷ་འདྲེ་མི་གསུམ་ཆེ་གེ་པ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ༔)'. If you want to kill, add 'Harmer, enemy, obstacle, ghost, Maraya Phat (Tibetan: གནོད་བྱེད་དགྲ་བགེགས་འབྱུང་པོ་མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ༔)'. If you want to expel, add 'Utsataya Phat (Tibetan: ཨུ་ཙ་ཏ་ཡ་ཕཊ༔)'. If you want to bind, add 'Ja Hum Bam Hoh (Tibetan: ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོ༔)'. If you want to release, add 'Ah Shig Release (Tibetan: ཨ་ཤིག་ངག་ཁྲོལ༔)', understand the visualization from the meaning. The second is dedication: At the end of the practice, dedicate the roots of virtue of my body, speech, and mind to all sentient beings, may they attain enlightenment. The third is aspiration: By the power of the truth of the Three Jewels, may the work I have started be quickly accomplished, benefiting all sentient beings, may they attain the fruit of unsurpassed enlightenment. Say this. Ati (Tibetan: ཨྠྀི་)! Guru Rinpoche copied it from the Indian Sanskrit text and hid it for the benefit of future generations, may it meet with the fortunate ones! Samaya (Tibetan: སཱ་མཱ་ཡཱ༔)! Gya Gya Gya (Tibetan: རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔)! The White Tara Longevity Sadhana is completed! Guhya (Tibetan: གུ་ཧྱ༔)! Because this is the Dharma from the mouth of the Dakini, there are no vows. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
