Mix the medicinal powders and prepare them by soaking, decocting, and blending. Under the protection of the five medicines, it is better if the effect of the odor is weak. On the basis of the other three medicines and all medicines, or as an aid, add Arura (Tibetan: ཨ་རུ་ར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हरीतकी, Sanskrit Romanization: haritaki, Chinese literal meaning: Terminalia chebula), which is mentioned in other texts and is currently used in practice to increase the dosage. The formulation of the five essences should be adjusted according to the situation. First, grind the medicines into powder. If there are soaked medicines, decocted medicines, pills, etc., and the nectar previously made, mix them with the juice after thorough soaking. Melt and mix the five bases. When making high-quality pills, it is not advisable to add too much butter and milk, and they should be added in moderation and kneaded into pills the size of green beans. Press the pills firmly and dry them thoroughly. The classic mentions mixing the five bases into four times the amount and kneading the pills into small balls, which is intended for long-term use of tonics. Nowadays, only as the production of relics, the above method is sufficient. After the relics are made in this way, in a suitable place for practice, such as a cemetery where the dakinis naturally gather, which is terrifying and full of power, or a place where the masters and accomplished ones practiced, which is powerful and has not declined, on an auspicious day, especially the tenth day of the red aspect, when the dakinis gather. Smear the platform with five amritas (Tibetan: བདུད་རྩི་ལྔ, Sanskrit Devanagari: पंचामृत, Sanskrit Romanization: panchamrita, Chinese literal meaning: five nectars), lay out a clear thangka depicting the mandala in the center, place a skull bowl filled with nectar pills on a low table, cover it with silk and tie a protective cord, and surround it with offerings and tormas. Second, there are two methods of practice: blessing through the practice of the five Buddha families, and collecting essence through practice in the mandala. The first method is to choose a slightly detailed method among the detailed and concise methods of practice. It is permissible to rely on either the new or old ritual. If following the Dakini Quick Path of the Minling tradition, first start with smoke offerings and preliminary offerings, then perform the seven-branch offering, Guru Yoga, and self-generation deity recitation, and complete the practice as much as possible. Finally, dissolve. Again, visualize oneself as Black Wrathful Mother, along with the retinue of the four classes of dakinis. The offerings in front: purify with Sombhani (Tibetan: སུམྦྷ་ནི, Sanskrit Devanagari: सुम्भानि, Sanskrit Romanization: sumbhani, Chinese literal meaning: Subjugation), and cleanse with Sanskrit Romanization: svabhava, Chinese literal meaning: nature) etc. From emptiness, in the center of the mandala in front, on the three human head supports, from the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, Chinese literal meaning: none) arises a lotus and skull cup, in the wide container, from the letter Ma (Tibetan: མ, Sanskrit Devanagari: म, Sanskrit Romanization: ma, Chinese literal meaning: have) arises a sun disc, in the center is feces, the flesh of an elephant, in the east is urine, the flesh of a human, in the south is bodhicitta, the flesh of a horse, in the west is red blood, the flesh of a cow, in the north is big flesh, the flesh of a dog, in the northeast is --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Reside before the drawn mandala and the representations of the deities. After dedicating merit, making aspirations, and offering auspicious wishes, begin the session of practice. Afterward, replenish the offerings. After the offerings are blessed, recite the complete activity rituals as previously described, and then conclude the session. In the evening session, offer the Torma, followed by the Tsok offering. Perform the practices of offering leftovers and expelling, etc., as is common practice. By practicing in this way, on the morning after completing the prescribed number of days of practice, recite the activity rituals as before, and also add the vase recitation. After the Torma offering, perform either a detailed or abbreviated self-entry ritual, and taking the essence from the vase and skullcup becomes the same as obtaining accomplishment. Then, perform the Tsok offering and the fire offering of the five meats extensively. Enjoy the Tsok and cast the leftover Torma outside. Withdraw the Torma. Afterward, perform the post-ritual offerings and praises, up to the auspicious wishes, according to the text, and thus it will be accomplished. Third, regarding the method of relying on the substances of practice and the benefits: The pills that are practiced in this way, if practiced properly, are best done in six sessions, medium in four sessions, and least in three sessions. If it is not possible, then take one each morning, and the benefits are: temporarily, it will protect against the five demons, eliminate the five diseases, transform poison into nectar, and prolong life. Ultimately, you will be cared for by the five Dakinis and proceed to the realm of sky-goers, easily attaining the state of the five Kayas and five wisdoms, etc. All the accomplishments spoken of in the root text will be achieved without doubt. This is a concise practical guide clarifying the root text, composed by Padma Gardwang Trinley Drodul Tsal at the great palace of Dzongshod Deshek Dubpai. May virtue and auspiciousness increase! Sarva Da Mangalam! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
