With white hair and beard, sitting in a semi-lotus position. In the center of one's heart is Wrathful Guru. Within the Hum syllable in the heart, all that is to be protected is clearly visible. The samaya and wisdom beings are inseparable, with the root of the tongue above the moon. The tongue is a nine-pointed vajra made of meteoric iron. In the center is a red Hum syllable, with the mantra garland rotating to the right. From the nine-pointed Phet emanates fire, burning all harm-doers. Outside is a wheel of the four elements, a razor tent. Meditate in this way and draw near. Oṃ Traṃ Du Tri Na Traṃ Du Jaḥ Jaḥ Recite ten thousand or a hundred thousand times, or for seven days. Then on the ninth day or regularly. The light rays from the heart hook the harm-doers like an iron hook. Press a crossed vajra on the heads of enemies and obstructors. Overthrow the three realms from their foundation! Pull out from samsara! Burn with the fire of the eon! Threaten with the curse of the vow! Inflict the punishment of the command! Cut off from the top of the head with a meteoric iron thunderbolt sword! Wherever you are in the three realms, let a rain of weapons fall on your body! Cut the heads of those vow-breakers, evil-doers, and oath-eaters into a thousand pieces! Tear the body into a thousand pieces! Cut the heart into eight pieces! Let the eyeballs fall to the ground! Let those who make flesh and blood become food for the heroes! Send this vow-breaking Rudra across the ocean to the other shore! Harm-doers and spirits, Uccāṭaya Phaṭ Soḍ (Uccāṭaya Phaṭ Soḍ, Expel, Phat, Sod!) The curse of the hermit cannot be turned back by anyone. Usually, there is no need for torma, etc. On auspicious days or the new and full moon, the torma is: In a precious vessel, place the three white torma. Pour in various grains and bless the three grains. Hūṃ (Hūṃ, Seed Syllable, Hum!) In the south of India, in the center of Indra's land.
