大寶伏藏TD1074《秘密精髓》之部：勝樂金剛（Heruka）唯一手印之修法。 秘密精髓，伏藏法本。 秘密精髓之部：勝樂金剛（Heruka）唯一手印之修法。 དྷ༔ དྷནདྒཿ༔ 向黑汝嘎（Heruka）致敬！ 欲求一生证得佛陀果位者， 获得灌顶且具足誓言之行者， 当于寂静之处修持出离心， 皈依并生起菩提心， 积聚资粮，行持七支供。 自性清净之本然， 无作大乐之妙力光彩， 觉性源于吽（Hūṃ）字之音声。 金刚帐幕烈火熊熊， 中央诸元素次第累积， 莲花千瓣之中心处： ብྷྲཱུྃ་（Bhrūṃ）字化为月形宫殿， 其中有金刚巨岩， 莲花、日轮、鲁扎（Rudra）之上： 吽（Hūṃ）字化为金刚，遍布吽（Hūṃ）字。 光芒四射，供养诸佛，净化众生相续。 加持光芒复又收摄， 自身即为大吉祥黑汝嘎（Heruka）： 深蓝黑色，一面二臂， 忿怒凶猛，具足九种舞姿， 右手持金刚杵，左手持铃， 双足以嬉戏之姿站立。 金刚之翅膀猛烈张开， 以荣耀和尸陀林之饰物庄严。 大佛母克罗地施瓦里玛（Krodhīśvarīmā）： 卡杖嘎（Khaṭvāṃga）与红海螺充满力量。 父母尊于大乐中交合， 金刚莲花紧密相合， 身中智慧之火焰燃烧。 顶轮为ཨོཾ་（Oṃ，身），ཧཱུྃ་（Hūṃ，意），ཏྲཱཾ་（Trāṃ，身），ཧྲཱིཿ（Hrīḥ，意），ཨཱ༔（Āḥ，语）， 乃五种智慧之自性。 身之三处为ཨོཾ་（Oṃ），ཨཱཿ（Āḥ），ཧཱུྃ་（Hūṃ）， 加持身语意。 ཨོཾ་（Oṃ），ཧཱུྃ་（Hūṃ），ཏྲཱཾ་（Trāṃ），ཧྲཱིཿ（Hrīḥ），ཨཱ༔（Āḥ）， ཨོཾ་（Oṃ），ཨཱཿ（Āḥ），ཧཱུྃ་（Hūṃ）。 于心间光明帐幕之中， 莲花月轮之座垫上： 智慧勇识金刚萨埵（Vajrasattva）， 深蓝光明，持金刚杵和铃。 心间莲花日月之上： 五股蓝色金刚杵， 中心位于日轮之上： 恒常显现之蓝色吽（Hūṃ）字周围： 环绕着八个梵文字母，发出金刚之声。 咒语之自声鸣响， 光芒遍布虚空，普照十方， 供养令诸佛欢喜。 身语意之加持， 迎请融入自身三处， 由此获得三身之成就。 净化众生所有罪障， 安置于大吉祥之地。 降伏空行母和护法母众， 外器世界为黑汝嘎（Heruka）之住所， 内情众生为大吉祥父母尊， 一切显现皆为本尊之身， 一切声响皆为咒语之音声。

From the Section on the Secret Essence: The Practice of the Single Mudra of Yangdak Heruka. དྷ༔ དྷནདྒཿ༔ Homage to Heruka! Those who desire to attain Buddhahood in one lifetime, Who have received empowerment and possess vows, Should cultivate renunciation in a solitary place, Take refuge and generate Bodhicitta, Accumulate merit and perform the seven-branch practice. The naturally pure suchness, The uncreated splendor of great bliss, Arises from the sound of the awareness Hūṃ. A vajra tent ablaze with fire, In the center, the elements stacked in layers, On a lotus with a thousand petals, at its heart: From Bhrūṃ arises a lunar mansion, Inside, a great vajra cliff, Upon a lotus, sun, and Rudra: From Hūṃ, a vajra marked with Hūṃ, Light radiates, offering to the Victorious Ones, purifying the lineage of beings. Blessing light gathers back, The self is the glorious great Heruka: Dark blue-black, one face, two arms, Wrathful and fierce, possessing nine dances, The right hand holds a vajra, the left a bell, The two feet stand in a playful posture. The vajra wings are stretched fiercely, Adorned with glory and charnel ground ornaments. The great mother Krodhīśvarīmā: A khaṭvāṃga and a red conch fill with power. The father and mother revel in the union of great bliss, Vajra and lotus joined together, From the body, a fire of wisdom blazes. At the crown, Oṃ, Hūṃ, Trāṃ, Hrīḥ, Ā: Possessing the nature of the five wisdoms. At the three places of the body, Oṃ, Ā, Hūṃ: Blessing body, speech, and mind. Oṃ, Hūṃ, Trāṃ, Hrīḥ, Ā: Oṃ, Ā, Hūṃ. In the center of a tent of light at the heart, On a seat of lotus and moon: The wisdom being Vajrasattva, Clear blue, holding vajra and bell. At the heart, on a lotus, sun, and moon: A blue vajra with five prongs, At the center, residing on the sun: The ever-arising blue Hūṃ, surrounded by: Eight syllables, the sound of the vajra, The self-sound of the mantra resounds, Light rays spread throughout the sky, Offering delight to the Victorious Ones. The blessings of body, speech, and mind, Are invited into the three places of the self, Attaining the siddhis of the three kāyas. Purifying all the sins and obscurations of beings, Establishing them in the great glorious state.
