Even without specifically meditating on understanding all phenomena as illusory and knowing their unreal nature, one should ensure never to be lost in the delusion of distraction, integrating the deity, mantra, and wisdom into one's conduct. Especially important is that the root of the Vajrayana path lies in the blessings of the guru, therefore one should have devout respect for the guru, strictly adhere to vows, and not err in adopting and abandoning cause and effect. Whatever one does, it should not be with selfish intentions, but with the heart of benefiting others as the foundation, becoming a support for the propagation of the precious teachings, and always treating beings with compassion, which is extremely important. During breaks between sessions, one should dedicate all the virtues of relative and ultimate truth for the sake of all sentient beings pervading the sky, wishing to attain the state of union Vajradhara in this very life, and seal it with good aspirations. Emaho! The heart's blood of the profound and vast dakinis! The profound and vital oral transmission, the wish-fulfilling empowerment dharma! The teachings with the blessing of the guru's oral instructions! This shortcut to enlightenment with threefold faith, at the request of many fortunate ones, was written by Tshewang Norbu (Life Empowerment Jewel), a vidyadhara, with pure altruistic intention. If there are errors in this written record of the oral transmission, I confess to the Three Roots; if there is merit, may all beings enter this path of Vajra Yoga and attain the state of union in this very life! This was urged by many fortunate ones before and after, and especially by the Vinaya holder of Mangyul Gungtang Mache Monastery, the great elder, the great vehicle practitioner Sumati Dharma Kirti Shri Bhadra, so it was granted without hesitation. By Lhari Ngakpa Tshewang Norbu, also known as Padma Thegchok Tenpai Salje (Lotus Supreme Dharma Illuminator), the definite secret accomplished chariot of liberation, the all-victorious one in all directions, at Mangyul Nuri Kunsel Gangpoche on the auspicious eleventh day of the sixth month of the Earth Snake year, it was completely written during a portion of a meditation session. If anyone mixes, adulterates, or alters this, may Ma Za Dam Sum (the Three Guardians) impose punishment! May this dharma always assist practitioners! Samaya Dam Ja! Gya Gya Gya! This should be given to fortunate ones who truly remember the Dharma from the heart and have faith, and kept secret from others. Ati! Good! Good!
