Da Bao Fu Zang TD1030, the profound oral transmission, like the heart blood of the Dakini, from which is extracted the extremely precious daily practice, without paper wrapping. The essential single practice mountain Dharma, Vajrasattva profound guidance, oral transmission. The profound oral transmission, like the heart blood of the Dakini, from which is extracted the extremely precious daily practice, without paper wrapping. The essential single practice mountain Dharma. ཨྠྀི་༔ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་སཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ༔ (oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ, Om Vajrasattva Hum, Om Vajrasattva Hum) I prostrate to the Lama Vajrasattva, and write down his instructions on Vajra Yoga. The extensive explanation will be shown elsewhere, but here, I will condense the essential points into a daily practice. This consists of three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. First, refuge and bodhicitta are the same as usual, with the seven-branch offering as a preliminary. In particular, from this time until I attain the state of Vajrasattva, I and all sentient beings as limitless as the sky, take the Lama and the Three Jewels as the sacred objects of refuge. To liberate all beings from the ocean of suffering, I will strive in the yoga of Heruka Pal Vajra, so that I may attain the state of union, the Vajrasattva, at this very moment. One should make this vow sincerely. Secondly, the main practice is: all of one's aggregates, elements, and the external world are empty and without self; focus on this for a moment. From this emptiness, like a fish leaping out of the water, instantly visualize oneself as the glorious Vajrasattva with consort. On his crown, visualize the root guru Padmasambhava, in the form of Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, as the essence of all Buddhas. By praying to them, the father and mother descend a stream of uncontaminated bliss from the union. Entering one's own crown, filling up to the forehead, thus completing all the purification and attainment of the vase empowerment. Similarly, filling up to the throat, thus completing the secret empowerment; filling up to the heart, thus completing the wisdom empowerment; all the purification and attainment of each are manifested. Finally, the Lama father and mother dissolve like the moon and merge into oneself, thinking that they are inseparable from oneself, this should be done at the beginning of each session. Then, straighten the body, expel the stale air, and perform breathing: inhaling, holding inside, exhaling, and holding outside; the length of these four parts should be very even. Initially, it is best if it flows evenly by nature. If not accustomed, strive to make it even. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Some people's bodies have extremely unbalanced channels, energies, and elements, so they should gradually practice to balance them. If they force balance from the beginning, it will become an obstacle, so it should be avoided. Therefore, for those who are not accustomed to vase breathing, let them breathe naturally at first, and gradually practice lengthening the breath-holding time. This is very important. Finally, when you are accustomed to Vajra recitation, you should gradually increase the time to maintain the state of stillness. Having determined the key points of the breath in this way, when inhaling, visualize the compassion and blessings of all Buddhas, the essence of wisdom, transforming into the seed syllable ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Literal meaning: Om). Entering through the left nostril, when the breath remains in the body, visualize the indestructible seed syllable four fingers below the navel, its nature being breath, the essence being the blue ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal meaning: Hum), containing samsara, nirvana, karma, and wisdom. When exhaling, visualize the nature of supreme bliss, the red seed syllable ཨཱཿ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Literal meaning: Ah) radiating light, fulfilling the vows of the Buddhas, purifying the suffering of sentient beings, and placing them in happiness. In this way, for the entry, exit, and dwelling of the breath, one should be single-pointed without distraction, practicing without being interrupted by other thoughts. In addition, sometimes, instead of visualizing the shapes of the syllables ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, focus on the sound of ཨོཾ་ when inhaling, ཧཱུྃ་ when dwelling, and ཨཱཿ when exhaling. Choose whichever of the above two methods you find comfortable to practice alternately. Furthermore, sometimes, in order to measure the degree of meditation, visualize breathing in, holding, and breathing out as ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་, and move one bead of the mala for each completion. If interrupted by distractions, start counting from the beginning again. At first, be able to complete ten, fifteen, twenty-one times, etc., without being interrupted by distractions, gradually increasing to hundreds of times, and finally reaching thousands of times, so that distractions will not disturb, and awareness will naturally abide. If you are very skilled, you will be in meditation day and night. Finally, at the end of the session, visualize all phenomena dissolving into light and merging into yourself. Your own body instantly dissolves into the ཧཱུྃ་ at the navel, or like fog disappearing when you breathe on a mirror, dissolving into the Dharmadhatu. Maintain this state for a moment. Finally, from the four directions, emit the sound of ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ཧོ༔, and instantly arise from the Dharmadhatu as the form of Vajrasattva, abiding in the union of the generation stage and the completion stage. When going to sleep, visualize the essence of the heart, like a peacock feather, as the form of the Guru, focus on this and fall asleep. When you wake up the next day, continue to practice according to the previous method. The third is the subsequent activity. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
