བྱིན་རླབས་ཀྱིས། །ཕྱོགས་དུས་ཀུན་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །ལྷ༴ ཨོཾ༴ ཞེས་དང་གཞན་ཡང་བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྒྱས་པར་བརྗོད་པས་མངའ་དབུལ། དེ་ལྟ་བུའི་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྔོ་ཞིང་སྨོན་ལམ་འདེབས་པ་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། བདག་སྒོམ་བཟླས་འདི་ཡིས་མཚོན་བྱས་ཏེ། །དུས་གསུམ་དུ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་བའི་མཐུས། །མ་འགྲོ་དྲུག་འཁོར་བ་ 23-20-5b དོང་སྤྲུགས་ཤོག །ལྷ༴ ཨོཾ༴ ནམ་ཚེ་འདིའི་སྣང་བ་འཕོས་མ་ཐག །ནུབ་བདེ་ཅན་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེས་ནས་ཀྱང་། །བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་གོ་འཕང་མྱུར་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ལྷ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོར་གསོལ་བ་འདེབས། །ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ། དེས་ཡི་གེ་དྲུག་པ་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་དུ་སྒྲུབ་པའི་རིག་གཏད་རྒྱས་པ་ཐོབ་པ་ཡིན་པས། རྩ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེའི་གསུང་ལས། ཉིན་རེ་བཞིན་མ་ཆག་པར་བྱས་ན་འཆི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་བདེ་བ་ཅན་གྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐྱེ་བར་གདོན་མི་ཟའོ། །ཞེས་གསུངས་པ་ལགས་པས་འཕགས་པ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་ཡི་དམ་གྱི་ལྷར་འཛིན་ཅིང་འདིའི་སྒོམ་བཟླས་མ་ཆག་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པས་རྗེས་ཟློས། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་སོགས་དམ་ཚིག་ཁས་བླང་། གཏང་རག་མཎྜལ་ཕྱིན་ཆད་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱ། སློབ་དཔོན་གྱིས་རྗེས་ཆོག་མཆོད་བསྟོད། ནོངས་བཤགས། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་བརྟན་བཞུགས། བདག་བསྐྱེད་བསྡུ་ལྡང་། བསྔོ་ཤིས་སོགས་མཐར་དབྱུང་ངོ་། །དེ་ནི་རིག་གཏད་རྗེས་གནང་གཞན་དང་སྒོ་བསྟུན་ཏེ་ཅུང་ཟད་རྒྱས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཚུལ་ཡིན། བསྡུ་ན་གྲུབ་ཆེན་རང་གི་ཕྱག་བཞེས་ལྟར། སྐྱབས་སེམས་ནས་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཀྱི་བར་སློབ་དཔོན་གྱི་ངག་ནས་བརྗོད་རིམ་བཞིན་སློབ་མས་རྗེས་ཟློས་དང་དམིགས་པ་སྤོད་སྒོམ་བྱས་པས་གྲུབ་པ་ཡིན་ལ། རྒྱས་བསྡུས་གང་ལྟར་ཡང་མཚམས་རྣམས་སུ་ཡིག་དྲུག་ཅི་རིགས་འུར་འདོན་ལྷན་ཅིག་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །འབྲེལ་བཅས་ལས་ཉོན་དྲི་བྲལ་ནས། །འཕགས་པའི་ཞིང་ཁམས་ཉམས་དགའ་བ། ། 23-20-6a པདྨ་བཀོད་པར་བརྫུས་ཏེ་སྐྱེས། །རྒྱལ་ལས་ལུང་བསྟན་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་རང་གཞན་ལ་ཕན་པར་འདོད་པའི་ལྷག་བསམ་གྱིས་ཉེ་བར་དྲངས་ཏེ། །༸ཀུན་མཁྱེན་བླ་མ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་མགོན་པོ་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ཞལ་ལུང་ཇི་ལྟར་གནང་བ་བཞིན། པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱིས་རྫོང་ཆེན་ལྔ་འདུས་སྒྲུབ་ཆེན་རྣམ་དགུའི་ཕོ་བྲང་གི་བྱེ་བྲག་གསུང་མཆོག་འཆི་མེད་པདྨའི་རྫོང་དུ་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །།

祈愿加持，愿一切时处吉祥如意！ ལྷ༴ ཨོཾ༴（lha om，神，唵）等语，并广说吉祥之语，以满盈一切所需。 如是善根，回向发愿，请随我念诵：我以修持此本尊法，以及三世所积一切善根之力，愿六道众生，脱离轮回之苦！ ལྷ༴ ཨོཾ༴（lha om，神，唵） 一旦此生终结，立即往生西方极乐世界，迅速获得圆满菩提之果位！ 祈请大悲尊垂念！ ཨོཾ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།（om mani padme hum，唵嘛呢叭咪吽，嗡-珍宝-莲花-吽） 因此，以六字真言祈祷的方式，能获得广大之传承加持。根本金刚语中说：‘若日日不断修持，则临终往生极乐净土无疑。’ 因此，应视圣观世音为本尊，恒常不断修持此法。请随我念诵：如主尊一般，立下誓言。献曼扎等仪轨如常进行。上师进行后续仪轨，包括供赞、忏悔、稳固本尊、收摄生起本尊、回向吉祥等，直至结束。 此乃依循其他传承，略为详尽之传承灌顶方式。若要简略，则依大成就者自身之修法，从皈依发心至吉祥圆满，由上师口诵，弟子随念，并进行观想修持，即可成就。无论繁简，皆应于各阶段齐声念诵六字真言。 愿与此法结缘者，远离业惑，于清净庄严之圣境，莲花化生，得受胜妙之授记！ 如是，以利益自他之清净发心所引导，依 ཀུན་མཁྱེན་བླ་མ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་གྱི་མགོན་པོ་（kun mkhyen bla ma 'jig rten gsum gyi mgon po，全知上师，三界怙主）之口传教言，པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་（pad+ma gar dbang blo gros mtha' yas，莲花自在智无边）于五大汇聚之宗，九大成就者之宫殿，殊胜语之不朽莲花宗处所著。愿善妙增长！

Through blessings, may auspiciousness and well-being prevail in all directions and times! Lha Om (Deity, Om), and other auspicious words, may all needs be fulfilled. May the roots of such virtue be dedicated and aspirations made. Please repeat after me: Through this practice of self-generation and recitation, and through the power of the virtues accumulated in the three times, may all beings in the six realms be freed from the cycle of suffering! Lha Om (Deity, Om) As soon as the appearance of this life ceases, may I be born in the western Sukhavati Pure Land, and quickly attain the state of perfect enlightenment! I pray to the Great Compassionate One! Om Mani Padme Hum (Om Mani Padme Hum, Om-Jewel-Lotus-Hum) Therefore, by supplicating in the manner of the six syllables, one obtains the vast empowerment of the lineage. From the root Vajra speech, it is said: 'If one practices without interruption every day, one will undoubtedly be born in the Sukhavati Pure Land immediately after death.' Therefore, one should regard Arya Avalokiteshvara as the Yidam deity and resolve to practice this meditation and recitation without interruption. Please repeat after me: Take vows as the main deity does. The offering of the mandala and other rituals should be performed as usual. The teacher performs the subsequent rituals, including praise, confession, stabilization of the visualized deity, dissolution of the self-generation, dedication, and auspiciousness, until the end. This is a slightly more detailed method of lineage empowerment, following other traditions. If one wants to be brief, then according to the practice of the great accomplished one himself, from refuge and bodhicitta to auspiciousness, the teacher recites and the student repeats and meditates, and it is accomplished. Whether elaborate or concise, the six-syllable mantra should be chanted together at each stage. May those connected with this Dharma be free from karmic defilements, be born miraculously in the delightful and pure realm of the noble ones, and receive the supreme prophecy from the Victorious Ones! Thus, guided by the pure intention to benefit oneself and others, according to the oral instructions of Kunken Lama Jigten Sumgon (Omniscient Lama, Protector of the Three Worlds) himself, Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye (Lotus Empowerment, Infinite Intelligence) composed this at the place of the Five Great Assemblies, the Palace of the Nine Great Accomplished Ones, the Supreme Speech, the Immortal Lotus Fortress.
