The Great Treasure of Terma TD879: 'The Nectar of the Heart, Supreme and Common, a Ritual of Entrustment Related to the Supplication and Sadhana of the Six-Syllable Great Compassionate One'. The Great Compassionate One of Ngari subdues beings, Entrustment. Namo Guru Lokeshvara (Homage to the Guru, Avalokiteshvara). By whose name and vidya-mantra, the wheel of existence is shaken, the protector of the snowy lands. With unwavering faith, I place it on my crown, and clearly explain the ritual of entrustment. For all, supreme and common, this practice is easy, and the blessings are especially powerful. This supplication sadhana, endowed with four liberations, has two versions, extensive and concise, for the subsequent permission of entrusting the knowledge. If you wish to elaborate, in the center of the platform, place a six-petaled lotus. At its center, the form of the Great Compassionate One. To the right, a mantra board. To the left, a mirror. On the six petals, place chakras with six letters each. In front, wherever convenient, place a vase filled with essence. Arrange offerings of whatever is available. Visualize yourself and the front separately and recite the supplication. It is good to meditate on one phrase or practice them separately. Then, nectar and rays of light emerge from the form of the deity in front. Imagine that it dissolves into the water of the vase, blessing it. Recite as much as possible of the six syllables. These are the actions of the master. Actions for the disciple: Bathing, preliminary torma, protection circle, etc., as usual. Or just rinse your mouth with water at the door. Sit in a row and clarify the generation of bodhicitta, etc. That is, the great compassion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of all times and directions manifests as the very form of compassion. The work of shaking the ocean of existence from the depths never ceases, and he has become the father of the ocean of Buddhas. In particular, in this dark continent of Tibet, where the red-faced flesh-eaters dwell, the sunlight of compassion shines especially brightly, making him the sole guide on the path to liberation. Arya Avalokiteshvara, this unprecedented six-syllable supplication sadhana with four liberations is a marvel. The great accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo and the hidden yogi of Gugé Rong in Upper Ngari, who is of one mind, the accomplished supreme Tsultrim Sangpo... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Although he lived to be one hundred and thirty years old in the human realm, his body showed no signs of aging, and he eventually dissolved into a mass of light. This is the Vajra speech blessing personally bestowed by the noble Avalokiteśvara. Such a profound and extraordinary Dharma, the possessor of the four liberations inseparable from the noble Lokeśvara, the king of all who are learned and have attained siddhis, the master of all lineages and mandalas, Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo ('Jam-dbyangs Mkhyen-brtse'i dbang-po) was personally bestowed by the great siddha of Ngari. Therefore, in order to practice the subsequent permission of the lineage, it is necessary to prepare a mandala offering. Begin to offer the mandala. Join your palms together, holding flowers, and repeat the following prayer: O! Lord of the Snowy Mountains, Avalokiteśvara, I beseech you with a loving heart, Please bless my continuum, I pray to the great compassionate deity! Om Mani Padme Hum, recite three times. I and all sentient beings, equal to the sky, who have been our mothers, wholeheartedly and respectfully take refuge in the Lama Avalokiteśvara. With the vow of refuge as the foundation, in order to place all sentient beings in the state of Buddhahood, I will practice the state of noble Avalokiteśvara. In order to bring happiness to all sentient beings, generate loving-kindness; in order to free all sentient beings from suffering, generate compassion; in order to ensure that all sentient beings never part from happiness, generate joy; in order to have no bias towards all sentient beings, generate equanimity. Obtain the meditation sequence of the four immeasurables, and repeat: I take refuge in the protector Avalokiteśvara, To benefit the six realms, I generate Bodhicitta, I meditate on loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, I pray to the great compassionate deity! Om Mani Padme Hum, recite three times. Then First is the subsequent permission of the body's lineage. You should visualize clearly the deity and support of Avalokiteśvara in accordance with the words being recited, and repeat these words: All dharmas are emptiness, All places are Mount Potala, The pure land palace is clear and complete, I pray to the great compassionate deity! Om Mani Padme Hum. In its center, I myself am Avalokiteśvara, My body is white and radiant, emitting hundreds of thousands of rays of light, With auspicious signs and marks, peaceful smile, and graceful demeanor, I pray to the great compassionate deity! Om Mani Padme Hum. Face, Dharmakaya merge into one bindu, Eyes are the essence of skillful means and wisdom. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
