掌管一切诸元素，统治三界轮回的，赐予寿命的女神，繁衍家族的女神！ 于西方红色月光之坛城中，红色莲花上有亿万莲眼。 右手持寿命宝箭与绸带，左手持充满寿命的宝瓶，宝瓶之中亦充满祥瑞。 宝瓶之顶庄严，宝瓶之系绳，如念珠般环绕的莲花。 祈请赐予我等寿命之成就，财运亨通，吉祥如意！ 寿命之精华，阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无），人之精华，那履（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：人）！ 融入宝瓶之中，永恒不变，坚不可摧的金刚，永不磨灭的胜幢，永不耗尽的珍宝！ 此具足印玺的寿命宝藏，乃是息增怀诛本尊慈悲之光芒！ 祈请赐予身语意之成就，殊胜之成就，长寿之成就，殊胜与共同之成就！ 吽！掌管虚空，背靠须弥山王，掌控一切诸元素，统治三界轮回的，赐予寿命的女神，繁衍家族的女神！ 于北方绿色月光之坛城中，翠绿莲花上有亿万莲眼。 右手持寿命宝箭与绸带，左手持寿命宝瓶，宝瓶之中亦充满寿命，宝瓶之中亦充满祥瑞。 宝瓶之顶以如意树庄严，宝瓶之系绳如念珠般环绕。 如念珠般环绕的莲花，祈请赐予我等寿命之成就，财运亨通，吉祥如意！ 寿命之精华，白色阿（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：无），人之精华，绿色那履（藏文：ནྲྀ，梵文天城体：नृ，梵文罗马拟音：nṛ，汉语字面意思：人）！ 融入宝瓶之中并以印玺封印，永恒不变的雍仲寿命之宝藏，坚不可摧的金刚寿命之宝藏，永不磨灭的胜幢寿命之宝藏，永不耗尽的珍宝寿命之宝藏！ 此具足印玺的寿命宝藏，藏于息增怀诛本尊之心间！ 慈悲之光芒普照十方，祈请赐予身语意之成就，祈请赐予瑜伽士我殊胜之成就！ 祈请赐予殊胜长寿之加持，祈请赐予殊胜与共同之成就！ 如是，乃是勾召寿命并以专注而融入之法。勾召寿命之慈悲铁钩，莲花生大士依循旃扎丽女神之教言所著，至此圆满。 萨玛雅！阿替（藏文：ཨྠྀི，梵文天城体：अथि，梵文罗马拟音：athi，汉语字面意思：现在），古雅（藏文：གུ་ཧྱ，梵文天城体：गुह्य，梵文罗马拟音：guhya，汉语字面意思：秘密），曼札（藏文：མནྟྲ，梵文天城体：मन्त्र，梵文罗马拟音：mantra，汉语字面意思：咒语），色雅丹（藏文：སྱ་ཏན，梵文天城体：स्यतन，梵文罗马拟音：syatana，汉语字面意思：扩展）！ 由具力金刚 斯达香 完成。

Absorbed into the vase, eternally unchanging, indestructible Vajra, never-fading victory banner, inexhaustible treasure! This treasure of life with seals, is the compassionate light of the peaceful and wrathful deities! Please grant the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, supreme accomplishment, longevity accomplishment, supreme and common accomplishments! Hum! The light of compassion shines in all directions, please grant the yogi me the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind, supreme accomplishment! Please grant the blessing of supreme longevity, please grant supreme and common accomplishments! Thus, it is the method of summoning life and absorbing it with focus.
