Satisfy (you) by subduing the desire of enemies and obstacles. In the great wheel of the north, Yama, you with nine tufts of hair! Satisfy (you) by subduing the jealousy of enemies and obstacles. In the sphere of power of the great wheel, Yama, Dharma Raja (法王), you! Satisfy (you) by subduing the ignorance of enemies and obstacles. Satisfy and confess, lords of life, assembly of deities! Fulfill your vows and cut off enemies and obstacles from the root. Grant me empowerment and blessings, I pray! Hūṃ! From the terrifying charnel ground palace, in the eastern skull city without doors, is the conch horn with a lion's head. With the flesh and bones of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. The eastern gatekeeper's vow is fulfilled. In the southern skull city without doors, is the iron horn with a tiger's head. With the life force of these enemies and obstacles, satisfy. The southern gatekeeper's vow is fulfilled. In the great western skull city, is the birch bark horn with a bear's head. With the flesh, blood, and bones of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. The western gatekeeper's vow is fulfilled. In the great northern skull city, is the golden horn with a garuda's head. With the warmth and consciousness of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. The northern gatekeeper's vow is fulfilled. Satisfy and confess, grant accomplishments! Hūṃ! From the terrifying charnel ground palace, in the eastern black iron city, Hele Khyabpa, the life Mara (魔). With the life realm of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. Life Mara, your vow is fulfilled. In the southern black iron city, the black, unsmiling one, the navel Mara. With the navel realm of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. Navel Mara, your vow is fulfilled. In the western iron city without doors, the teeth-chattering one, the nape of the neck Mara. With the nape of the neck realm of enemies and obstacles, satisfy. 以命根与处所，圆满夜叉食者的誓言。 以仇敌光彩与处所，圆满暴怒烟雾的誓言。 以仇敌热量与处所，圆满摧毁一切的誓言。 以仇敌气息与处所，圆满火焰独发的誓言。 以仇敌显现与处所，圆满蛇首尽持的誓言。 以仇敌气味与处所，圆满天鹅具力的誓言。 以仇敌脉络与处所，圆满红幡命持的誓言。 圆满祈请，忏悔祈请，赐予成就！ 吽！从恐怖尸林之宫殿中， 在那宫殿的四门处： 东方白色剜心者，以骨髓海、脑髓圆满誓言。 南方怙主黑袍者，以气息海、肺脏圆满誓言。 西方怙主黑父尊，以血海、肝脏圆满誓言。 北方身尊红色者，以肉海、肾脏圆满誓言。 圆满祈请，忏悔祈请，赐予成就！ 吽！从大恐怖尸林之宫殿中， 向独父文殊师利诸神众， 圆满与忏悔，忏悔之境地， 以心性本初清净而圆满。 以自显执着解脱而圆满。 以远离希冀与恐惧之边而忏悔。 如是证悟则圆满忏悔成就。 彼成就则三时诸佛欢喜。 总而言之，胜过供养诸佛， 再没有其他令诸佛欢喜之方法。 如是说。长寿主的广大仪轨，由努·桑吉益西仁波切所著圆满。此乃身蕴山王的伏藏。吉祥！吉祥！

With life force and place, fulfill the Yaksha eater's vow. With enemy's splendor and place, fulfill the wrathful smoky one's vow. With enemy's warmth and place, fulfill the all-destroying one's vow. With enemy's breath and place, fulfill the flaming single-haired one's vow. With enemy's appearance and place, fulfill the snake-headed all-holder's vow. With enemy's scent and place, fulfill the swan mighty one's vow. With enemy's veins and place, fulfill the red banner life-holder's vow. Fulfill and confess, grant accomplishments! Hūṃ! From the terrifying palace of the charnel ground, At the four gates of that palace: The white heart-extractor of the east, fulfills the vow with an ocean of bones and brains. The black protector of the south, fulfills the vow with an ocean of breath and lungs. The black father of the west, fulfills the vow with an ocean of blood and liver. The red body deity of the north, fulfills the vow with an ocean of flesh and kidneys. Fulfill and confess, grant accomplishments! Hūṃ! From the great terrifying palace of the charnel ground, To the solitary father Mañjuśrī and the assembly of deities, Fulfillment and confession, the object of confession, Is fulfilled by the purity of mind itself from the beginning. Is fulfilled by the liberation of grasping at self-appearance. Is confessed by being free from the extremes of hope and fear. If one realizes thus, fulfillment and confession are accomplished. If that is accomplished, the Buddhas of the three times are pleased. In general, more than offering to the Buddhas, There is no other way to please the Buddhas. Thus it is said. The fulfillment of the great ritual of Tsedak (Tshe-bdag), composed by Nub Sangye Yeshe Rinpoche, is complete. This is a terma (gter ma) of Phungpo Riwoche (Phung-po Ri-bo-che). Auspicious!
