Great Treasure TD508: The Single Mudra of Kagye Desang and the Continuous Yoga of Bell Practice. Kagye Degu, Daily Practice. (The Single Mudra of Kagye Desang and the Continuous Yoga of Bell Practice.) Svasti! Heruka (Heruka) of great glory! The skill of gathering the ocean of mandalas! Appearing as the body of the kind lama! Having prostrated, develop the essence of that practice. Here, the order of the continuous yoga of the single mudra of the great supreme Heruka (Heruka): One who has received empowerment and abides by the vows, in a secluded place, sits with body and mind relaxed on a comfortable seat. Instantly visualizing oneself as the deity, from the blue Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) at one's heart, rays of light emanate, inviting the lama, yidam, and all the victorious ones into the sky in front, residing as the field of accumulation. Vajra Master, Buddha, glorious one! To the one abiding in the three times, I prostrate! Having become the field of reliance of the Three Jewels! With non-dual mind, I take refuge! Actual offerings and those emanated by the mind! Please accept these pure offerings! Obstacles that sever the river of accomplishments! I confess all misdeeds without exception! The pure Dharma of the ten directions and three circles! I rejoice in the practice without attachment! The pure four extremes are without stain! I generate the complete Bodhicitta! To the Sugata Bodhisattvas! I offer the body of the three purities! All the actions of countless lifetimes! Gathering them, I dedicate them to the great Bodhi! May all sentient beings have happiness! May they be free from all suffering! May they never be separated from happiness! May they realize the equality of all dharmas! Thus, purify the mind-stream with the ten-limbed practice and the four immeasurables. Recite: Oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ (ཨོཾ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷཿསརྦ་དྷརྨཱཿསྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཤུདྡྷོ྅་ཧཾ།,oṃ svabhāva śuddhāḥ sarva dharmāḥ svabhāva śuddho 'haṃ,Om, purity of nature, all dharmas, purity of nature I am). And rest the mind slightly in emptiness. From that self-arisen awareness, from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) at the heart, transform into the body of the great glorious one, from the Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,hūṃ,seed syllable) at the heart, emanate the ten wrathful ones. Recite: Oṃ sumbhani sumbha hūṃ (ཨོཾ་སུམྦྷ་ནི་སུམྦྷ་ཧཱུྃ།,oṃ sumbhani sumbha hūṃ,Om, subdue, subdue, Hūṃ!), gṛhṇa gṛhṇa hūṃ (གྲྀཧྞ་གྲྀཧྞ་ཧཱུྃ།,gṛhṇa gṛhṇa hūṃ,Seize, seize, Hūṃ!), gṛhṇa pāya gṛhṇa pāya hūṃ (གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་གྲྀཧྞ་པ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ།,gṛhṇa pāya gṛhṇa pāya hūṃ,Seize, drink, seize, drink, Hūṃ!), ānaya hoḥ (ཨཱ་ན་ཡ་ཧོཿ,ānaya hoḥ,Bring, Hoḥ!), bhagavan vidyā rājāya hūṃ phaṭ (བྷ་ག་ཝཱན། བིདྱཱ་རཱ་ཛཱ་ཡ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,bhagavan vidyā rājāya hūṃ phaṭ,Bhagavan, Vidyaraja, Hūṃ, Phaṭ!). Thus, dispel the obstacles, for the activity of protection, visualize the wrathful ones and the vajra tent, burning with the fire of wisdom, as indestructible. Recite: Oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ (ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རཀྵ་རཀྵ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ་,oṃ vajra rakṣa rakṣa hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ,Om, Vajra, protect, protect, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ!), and contemplate the meaning. Then, in the center of the protection wheel --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On a lotus and solar disc seat, establish a vajra marked with Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) from Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From it, rays of light emanate, offering to the noble ones and benefiting all sentient beings, then gather back in, transforming into myself as the Bhagavan Great Supreme Heruka, with a dark blue-black body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a vajra, and the left holds a blood-filled skull cup, crossed above and below at the heart. The face bares fangs and the tongue is curled. Possessing three red and round eyes, with blazing reddish-yellow hair. The two feet are spread in a dancing posture, pressing down on the great male and female deities, possessing nine dancing moods, adorned with charnel ground ornaments. The consort is Namzhal Yingyiung Phyugma, blue in color, with one face and two arms, adorned with wrathful ornaments, holding a vajra and a blood-filled skull cup, embracing the father. Both are dwelling in the midst of blazing wisdom fire. Visualize Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡) at the crown of the head, Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) at the throat, and Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) at the heart. From the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), rays of light emanate, inviting the wisdom beings with Ehyehi. Merge them inseparably with Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ (藏文:ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ hūṃ baṃ hoḥ). Understand that appearance, sound, and awareness are the nature of deity, mantra, and dharmata, and remain in a state of slight equanimity. Recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:ओ आ हुं,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ āḥ hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 啊 吽) with the voice, and combine the three syllables with the three stages of the breath—outgoing, incoming, and abiding—performing vajra recitation that is inseparable from the wind mantra as much as possible. Finally, recite the twelve-syllable essence mantra of Great Supreme Heruka: Oṃ Vajra Krodha Mahā Śrī Heruka Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀྲོ་དྷ་མ་ཧཱ་ཤྲཱི་ཧེ་རུ་ཀ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ vajra krodha mahā śrī heruka hūṃ phaṭ), as before. Gather the environment and beings into clear light, and from that, let its own radiance arise as the deity's form, remaining in a state of clear emptiness, like a reflection of the moon in water, dedicate the merit, and conclude the session. As it is said: 'Know the deity as your own mind, your own self is the nature of the deity, clarify through the three—generation, completion, and perfection. This is the meaning of the fruit of continuous yoga.' Therefore, with the essence being one's own mind, which is inherently the deity, and with the clear appearance of the deity's form arising, engage in recitation. Or, remain slightly in equanimity in emptiness, and from that state, with the force of great compassion, like stars appearing in a clear lake, contemplate and recite. Or, gradually contemplate from the seed syllable, hand implements, etc., as arranged in the sequence. It is also sufficient to contemplate in accordance with one's own inclination, combining it with the yoga of the three—generation, completion, and perfection. If clear appearance is difficult to arise, display a deity painting or statue that is easy to visualize in front. Look at it without distraction, and when the form is clearly imprinted in the mind, regard it as the actual deity, and when inhaling, visualize your own body as the deity's body. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
