In solitary places such as charnel grounds, with outer, inner, and secret objects of support, arrange medicine, rakta (blood), torma (ritual cake), and tsok (gathering) offerings properly. Meditate clearly on oneself as the glorious Dorje Dragpo Tsal (Vajra Wrathful Power), and recite the completion stage. In front, in the center of a charnel ground of any size, on the seat of enemies and obstructors, from Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: destruction) arises the glorious Great One (Palchenpo). Wrathful king, black Maning (hermaphrodite), the color of Hala, one face and two hands, holding a curved knife and skull cup filled with blood, supporting himself with a sandalwood club, wearing black silk, adorned with gold and precious jewels, dressed in charnel ground attire. In front, from bhyaḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: བྷྱོ, Devanagari: भ्यो, Romanized Sanskrit: bhyaḥ, meaning: terror) arises the glorious black goddess (Lhamo Nag). Riding a donkey and a mule, holding a sword and a mongoose, wearing a Relde skirt, sesame oil covering her body, braids hanging to the left, earrings adorned with lions and snakes, the sun and moon appearing on her body, surrounded by a host of dakinis. The sound of Hūṃ (seed syllable, Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Devanagari: हुं, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, meaning: destruction) and bhyaḥ (seed syllable, Tibetan: བྷྱོ, Devanagari: भ्यो, Romanized Sanskrit: bhyaḥ, meaning: terror) resounds, surrounded by the arrogance of the eight classes of spirits, from the midst of the charnel ground skull heap and fiery whirlwind, together with the Buddhas, Dharma protectors, protectors and their retinues, as well as the emanated armies of Mama, protectors, and the eight classes of spirits, descend from Utsala and the great cool Sitavana charnel ground, and from Mount Malaya and Haha laughter, in a fierce and intense manner. I beseech you to remain steadfast in temples, charnel grounds, and palaces, show your faces, and perform your activities! With outer, inner, and secret supreme offerings, well-prepared, transforming into clouds like oceans, blessing and filling the sky, thereby fulfilling the samaya (vow) of the supreme emanation of the protector. May the vows be fulfilled, may the offerings be accepted, and may the four activities be accomplished! Om Shri Mahakala Remati Ayama Duruza Shana Hum Phet! Maha Pancha Balimta Rakta Pipa Ho! Pushpam! Dhupam! Dipam! Gandham! Naividyam! Shabda Puja Megha Samudra Saparana Khahi! By this alone, may all activities be accomplished. Furthermore, may this Dharma protector of the profound, unsurpassed, and essential meaning meet with a fortunate heart-son! Sya Mya Ya Ya! Gya Gya Gya! If you wish to bestow this command, then the sadhana torma should be generated as the deity, the student should be bathed, offerings should be made, and the deity should be generated and absorbed. In the unsurpassed, most secret, and extremely subtle teachings, with the history, prophecies, generation, and completion stages, the root empowerment rituals, and the essential points, there are one hundred and eight in total. Padmasambhava sealed them. They cannot be found anywhere, may they become the glory of a karmically destined son! May the fierce Dharma protectors keep watch! At the end of time, may Padmasambhava appear, and may the self-illuminating wisdom and awareness meet with this, becoming the glory of beings! Sya Mya Ya Ya! Gya Gya Gya! Khatam! Homage to the body of the great teacher Padmasambhava, the gathering of vidyadharas! To the four great demon mothers, black as coal and ugly; to the four great yaksha mothers, red as fire and with wrathful faces; to the four great medicine nuns, white as silk and virtuous; to those who vowed and promised to protect the land of Tibet, the order of offering tormas: In jeweled vessels, four square tormas, four triangular tormas, and four medicine tormas, a total of twelve, beautifully adorned. Instantly generate yourself as the yidam, bless them with the six mantras and six mudras, and invite them with JAH HUM BAM HOH, and say this: HUM BHYOH!
