'Settle!' Recite 'Tistha Vajra' (藏文:ཏིཥྛ་བཛྲ་,梵文天城体:तिष्ठ वज्र,梵文罗马拟音:tiṣṭha vajra,汉语字面意思:Abide Vajra), and place the crossed vajra on the crown of the head. In this way, after bestowing wisdom and making it stable, for the sake of the actual empowerment, there are four ways of knowing the torma, but here it should be regarded as a deity, so please visualize in this way.' Indicate this, and explain in detail through prose, or briefly say: 'The torma vessel is in the center of the great vajra protection wheel, above the precious Mount Meru stacked in layers of elements, is the jewel immeasurable palace of the Bodhisattva, vast and wide, the arrangement is inconceivable, possessing all characteristics, in the center of the rainbow light spots, on top of various lotus sun cushions and breathless corpses, the essence of the torma is Vajrayogini, maroon, wrathful smile, etc., appearing as the union of clarity and emptiness like a rainbow.' After visualizing clearly in this way, visualize on the crown of the head of all the main deities and retinues the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ॐ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), the essence of the body vajra, at the throat visualize the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:Ah), the essence of the speech vajra, and at the heart visualize the blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), the essence of the mind vajra. Then, because you have strong reverence for the master, thinking that the master is the embodiment of the three bodies and the emanation of the Padma lineage, light radiates from the master's heart, stimulating the mind streams of the torma deity assembly. From the three vajra syllables at their three places, immeasurable white, red, and blue lights emanate, accompanied by streams of nectar. Entering and dissolving into your three places, successively or simultaneously, thereby obtaining the four empowerments, purifying the four obscurations, planting in the continuum the causes for being able to practice the four paths and being able to attain the four bodies, thereby manifesting the wisdom of the meaning of empowerment.' Indicate this, and recite with melody: 'Hrih (藏文:ཧྲཱི,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Hrih)! The embodiment of the three bodies and the three roots...' until '...may all beings pervading the sky be matured and liberated!' is the stimulation of the commitment of the main practice, and finally: 'May the body, speech, and mind receive the four vajra empowerments, purify the impurities of the channels, winds, bindus, and mind, may appearance, sound, and thought be transformed into deities, mantras, and dharmakaya, may blessings be granted to accomplish the four kayas!' Recite the root mantra and: 'Kaya Vaka Citta Sarva Abhisinca Om Ah Hum Hrih Body Speech Mind All Empowerment Om Ah Hum Hrih)', and place the torma at the three places. Again, all the deities of the torma dissolve into light and dissolve into you, thereby making your body, speech, and mind and all their actions, as well as the three bodies, the magical illusion of Padma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With faith that the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the assembly of deities of the Great Net (Tibetan: དྲྭ་བ་ཆེན་པོ།, Meaning: Great Net) are indivisible wheels of inexhaustible adornment, rest evenly in the pervasive state of primordial Dharma-nature. Recite 'ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བྃ་ཧོཿ', and place the Torma (Tibetan: གཏོར་མ་, Meaning: Torma, an offering) on the crown of the head. For the sake of the subsequent recitation transmission, pay homage to the Guru again, and from the seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Literal Meaning: seed) in the Guru's heart, together with the mantra garland, a second mantra garland arises, comes out of the mouth, and enters your mouths. Visualize that in the center of the heart of the Wisdom Sattva (Tibetan: ཡེ་ཤེས་སེམས་དཔའ, Meaning: Jñānasattva), on the lotus and sun-moon, the essence of the Aggregate of Lineages (Tibetan: རིགས་འདུས་ཐུགས་སྲོག, Meaning: Essence of the Aggregate of Lineages), the red ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Literal Meaning: Hrīḥ) syllable, is arranged clockwise, and by relying on the recitation, light radiates from the mantra garland, offering to the Three Roots (Tibetan: རྩ་གསུམ, Meaning: Three Roots) and all the Buddhas, pleasing them. All blessings and accomplishments dissolve into oneself. Again, light radiates, purifying all appearances and attachments of the container and contents, and generate faith in becoming the essence of the body, speech, and mind of the Guru of the Aggregate of Lineages, and recite this mantra three times. Or, if you like, you can communicate in detail according to the recitation visualization of the activity manual. Recite the mantra three times. In order to expand the wisdom of accomplishment, rely on tasting the Torma food that dissolves into light, whose essence is nectar, and generate faith that all common and supreme accomplishments are pervasive and constantly increasing. After communicating in this way, give a little Torma food, and enjoy it with chanting. Then, if you like to elaborate, give the empowerment of the auspicious eight symbols, the eight substances, and the seven royal possessions, as in the common way. In any case, recite the auspicious prayers of the activity manual, etc., and speak auspiciously in detail. Shower flowers, and adorn the end with beautiful and melodious music. Promise Samaya (Tibetan: དམ་ཚིག, Meaning: Samaya, vow), offer the Mandala (Tibetan: མཎྜལ, Meaning: Mandala, altar), body, speech, and mind offerings, and dedicate the merit, all in the common way. The third part is the subsequent practice: from the enjoyment of the Tsok and the offering of leftovers to the auspicious prayers, complete it according to the activity manual. This text was written by Karma Thupten Rabpel (Tibetan: ཀརྨ་ཐུབ་བསྟན་རབ་འཕེལ, Meaning: Karma Thupten Rabpel), the Zogchen Cho Tulku (Tibetan: གཅོད་སྤྲུལ, Meaning: Chod tulku) of Ge gyal Monastery (Tibetan: དགེ་རྒྱལ, Meaning: Ge gyal monastery), who possesses the qualities of realization, in response to the request of the auspicious goddess (Tibetan: བཀྲ་ཤིས་པའི་ལྷ་མོ, Meaning: Auspicious Goddess) touching the realm, the white cotton cloth of Kashi (Sanskrit: Kāśikā). May Padma Odsal Do-ngak Lingpa (Tibetan: པདྨ་འོད་གསལ་མདོ་སྔགས་གླིང་པ, Meaning: Padma Odsal Do-ngak Lingpa) spread rapidly in a very concise way on the same seat, and may it become the cause for all beings to quickly attain the state of the Guru of the Aggregate of Lineages. May all be auspicious! May all be well! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
