This is the practice of the supreme Vidyadhara, The very profound daily yoga: Do not seek the support for practice from the outside, Your own body is the spontaneously accomplished palace. The channels, winds, and bindus are the deities of the Three Roots; Mind itself is pervasive and vast, the realm of Dharma. Padmasambhava resides on a lotus skull garland. The yogi who knows this, Sits in a comfortable seat in a secluded place. The body is upright, and the breath is cleared, Connect with intense devotion, And practice in the order of preliminary, main, and subsequent practices. Samaya (vow). The preliminary practice of training the mind is: Namo (homage)! To the deities of the Three Roots that arise from the realm of primordial purity, I take refuge by recognizing their spontaneously accomplished nature. With the profound yoga of the union of generation and completion stages, I generate the mind to liberate all beings in the three realms. I prostrate with reverence in a non-dual manner, I offer with the ocean of Dharma-nature awareness offering clouds. I confess in the state of not accumulating sins and downfalls, I rejoice in the ocean of uncontaminated merit. Abiding constantly in the state of deathless inherent nature, I urge to turn the wheel of Dharma of unspeakable meaning, I dedicate the merit to the realm of the essence of clear light, May all beings attain the body of self-arisen wisdom! Hum Hum! Raise the hordes of grasping demons to the realm of non-proliferation, The indestructible vajra protection wheel is spontaneously accomplished. Please bestow the blessing of the great bliss co-emergent supreme, Bless the container and contents as great wisdom. Hūṃ vajra rakṣa bhrūṃ (seed syllable, Vajra Protection Bhrūṃ)!
