To the heroes of the Padma lineage, may the samaya of the dakinis be fulfilled. To the green Tsedak Jangmo (Green Tara, the mistress of life), the lord of the northern direction, may the samaya of the heroes of the Karma lineage and the dakinis be fulfilled. ཧྲཱིཿ (Tibetan), ह्रीः (Sanskrit Devanagari), hrīḥ (Sanskrit Romanization), Seed syllable of shame. To the pure and immaculate one of the three knowledges, may the samaya of Pema Sambhava be fulfilled. To the wise one who holds great illusion, may the samaya of Lodro Chokse be fulfilled. To the powerful Chakravartin (Wheel-turning King), may the samaya of Pema Gyalpo be fulfilled. Like the mandala of the rising sun, may the samaya of Nyima Ozer be fulfilled. To the great Thubpa (Mighty One), the one with great power, may the samaya of Shakya Senge be fulfilled. Endowed with the sound of the egoless lion, may the samaya of Senge Dra Dro be fulfilled. To the Vajra Jikje (Vajrakilaya), the one who terrifies, may the samaya of Vajra Krodha be fulfilled. To the lamp of beings, the lamp of wisdom, may the samaya of Mandarava be fulfilled. To the ocean of omniscient wisdom, may the samaya of Kharchenza be fulfilled. To the liberation, peace, and tranquility itself, may the samaya of Zhiwa Tso be fulfilled. To the ocean of the qualities of the Tathagata, may the samaya of Dechen Gyatso be fulfilled. To the self-born one who arose from space, may the samaya of Namkhai Nyingpo be fulfilled. To the ocean of aspiration wisdom, may the samaya of Ratna Lingpa be fulfilled. To the king of secret mantras who accomplishes great deeds, may the samaya of Tsewang Drakpa be fulfilled. To the refuge and protector, the unsurpassed one, may the samaya of Gonpo Dorje be fulfilled. To the one who well establishes the banner of Dharma, may the samaya of Chokyi Gyatso be fulfilled. To the one with the mandala of love and compassion, may the samaya of the root and lineage lamas be fulfilled. To the one with the vast great mandala, may the samaya of the life deities be fulfilled. Virtuous Accomplisher! Please fulfill the samaya (誓言) of the lords of life. Accomplisher of aims, fulfiller of wishes, please fulfill the samaya of those who control life. Please elevate the sacred samaya, please bestow the sacred empowerment. Bless with body, speech, and mind, grant supreme and common siddhis (成就). Thus I pray, may the Buddhas, the Bhagavat (世尊), and the assembly of life deities heed me. Bhagavat, assembly of life deities, whose wisdom, love, and deeds are immeasurable, Whose power and ability are inconceivable, through the blessings of miraculous power and compassion, Pacify the obstacles to the life of the yogi who is accomplishing bodhi (菩提). Above, below, in the four directions and eight intermediate directions, etc., in the external world of phenomena, Replenish the life that has been depleted, wandered, increased, decayed, and destroyed. Restore the life that has been stolen, plundered, destroyed, and deteriorated by the eighty thousand obstacles. Replenish the life that has been diminished, exhausted, scattered, cut off, and destroyed by the warring elements. Avert all obstacles to the life that has been suppressed, bound, banished, tormented, and destroyed by others. All the causes and obstacles that harm life, caused by enemies with form and obstacles without form, And by past karma and immediate circumstances, may they all be completely pacified. The root of body, speech, and mind, as well as earth, the common and special branches, All that contradicts and is confused with the general and specific scriptures, All deficiencies and violations, I confess.
