Upon the wheel. Supreme sovereignty Well arranged. Then, with the seed's rays like an iron hook, all the wheels of the mandala Having hooked, let them abide on their respective seats. For the names of all the deities, at the beginning, add Om (藏文：ༀ，梵文天城体：ॐ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), and at the end, add namaḥ (藏文：ན་མཿ，梵文天城体：नमः，梵文罗马拟音：namaḥ，汉语字面意思：Homage). Then, first, offer the libation. Then, offering flowers and other suitable things and praising, offer the torma. Here, if intoxicating drinks, and offerings of great blood, and tormas of various meats, great fats, and constant burning of gugul incense are offered, then Mahākāla 24-330 is pleased. Then, the mantra should be recited, and afterwards, having offered, request departure. If it is desired to bless some disciples, then in a skull equal to the number of deities, place water mixed with great blood and intoxicants, blessed with one's own mantra. The disciple who has come inside after making the request should be bathed with water of the five amṛtas, and tilakas should be placed in the places. Then, all the deities should empower with the water of mantra. The disciple, the great black one, together with the assembly of deities of the body, should be seated, and the crown, weapons, ornaments, and seats praised with mantra should be given, and later, the secret mantra should also be given and recited. Then, again, having empowered with water, and having made offerings of all the tormas and so forth, with this, all activities are completed. Then, the disciple should also offer the libation, and the teacher should also perform all activities. This is the ritual of blessing. The letter Ma is great in illusion, the letter Ha is indestructible here, the letter Ka is devoid of cause, the letter La is completely suspended. This is the sādhana of the Great Black One, the Terrifier, completed by the feet of the teacher Pagala, accomplished through the order of the Hero King's presence. The Indian paṇḍita Pūrṇānanda and the monk Tāranātha obtained it as a loan. May auspicious goodness increase! (Siddhipraramaheśānakālikāpraṇavallabhe, siddhi dehikra pāsāramahākālānamosutute.
