Sitting in vajra posture, pulling back the thumbs is the sixth. Crossing the legs, pressing the spine and standing is the seventh. Circling the abdomen, leaning the body on the elbows is the eighth. Erecting the spine, throwing the rope is the ninth. Lifting the hips, twisting left and right is the tenth. Tying the belt and circling and rubbing is the eleventh.
