自己虽然拥有圆满的财富，却没有布施给别人的心。 对于一些穷人的供养，即使供养的东西稍微少一点，也是内心混乱的恶劣根性。 自以为快乐，眼界很高，却今生没有快乐的时候，只是造作罪恶，把地狱当作故乡，这是在这里受苦，来世也受苦。 即使没有少许的顺缘也可以，无有贪恋的快乐从内心涌现。富有时，所有的人都是亲戚，衰败时，所有的人都是敌人。不要过于偏袒敌友，对于粗劣的饮食知足。 不依靠城市和喧嚣，即使离开了自己的故乡，独自在山或森林的边缘，不说话，无有欺骗地安住，或者在不确定的游历中，反复地舍弃城市和乡村，才是安乐。 如果对于粗劣的衣服知足，所有的破烂衣服也是天神的衣服。如果对于粗劣的食物知足，即使是恶劣的食物也是甘露。即使没有像蚂蚁搬家一样的财富，也比所有拥有财富的人内心快乐。 如果感到忧伤，就在空旷的冰地、山谷等地方，享受无有贪恋的寂静的安乐，对于殊胜的宫殿，也不会生起一刹那的羡慕之心。 一旦从内心懂得修持，那么所显现的一切都是修行。无论如何修行，都是远离戏论的。一切都在法性的运行中，即使是不加修饰的自然状态，也执着为好。 对于道路也不要再执着，如果加以贬低，对一切都是罪过。本来就安住在法身中，对于佛陀也没有执着的理由。说这些话的是瑜伽士，名为多罗那他，这是从自己心中显现的方式，从口中说出了一些话语。无离之歌，吉祥增上。 目录 无关联之歌。

Even though one possesses abundant wealth, if there is no intention to give to others, Regarding the offerings of some poor people, even if the offering is a little small, it is still an evil disposition with a chaotic mind. Thinking of oneself as happy, with high standards, yet having no time for happiness in this life, only accumulating sins, making hell one's homeland, this is suffering here and suffering in the future. Even if there are few favorable conditions, it is fine; the happiness of non-attachment arises from within. In times of prosperity, everyone is a relative; in times of decline, everyone is an enemy. Without being too partial to friends or enemies, be content with meager food and clothing. Without relying on cities and bustle, even having abandoned one's own homeland, alone on a mountain or at the edge of a forest, abiding without speaking or deception, Or in uncertain travels, repeatedly abandoning cities and villages, that is happiness. If one is content with coarse clothing, all ragged clothes are the clothes of the gods. If one is content with coarse food, even bad food is nectar. Even without wealth like ants carrying things, one's mind is happier than all those who possess wealth. If feeling sad, in open icy fields, mountain valleys, etc., This happiness of solitary places without attachment, one would not have even a moment's desire for a victorious mansion. Once one knows how to practice from within, then everything that appears is meditation. However one meditates, it is free from elaboration. Everything is in the play of Dharma-nature, even the uncorrected natural state is held as good. Do not be attached to the path either; if you denigrate it, it is a sin to all. Since one has been abiding as the Dharmakaya from the beginning, there is no reason to be attached to the Buddha either. These words were spoken by the yogi named Tāranātha; this is the way it arose in his own mind, and some words came out of his mouth. The inseparable song, may virtue increase.
