啊，有情众生！ 所谓将嗔恨转化为道用，实乃虚妄之谈。 莫为贪恋亲近之欲所束缚，悦意之心亦视如梦幻。 此乃天神，助我利益增长，恳请您救护，寄予殷切期望； 此乃恶鬼，定将加害于我，心怀害意，沉溺于恐惧猜疑之泥潭。 彼等皆为心之显现，平等无二，取舍爱憎，徒自欺骗。 担忧疾病衰老，贪执日益增长，期盼不悦之苦痛消散而去。 希求佛法之果，即此生之安乐，欲求不得，便埋怨三宝。 此生之苦乐，皆由前世之业所致，随遇而安，则心怀舒畅。 未来佛法之利益，绝无虚妄欺骗，一心专注，生起坚定信念。 若自身稍有经验功德，则傲慢之魔随之而来。 对此，应以认识自我为首要，并思索傲慢毫无意义之理由。 为使往昔罪业得以清净，若遇痛苦，当视作消除业障之良机。 若非以智慧调伏，则痛苦本身，并非实有，应于自身仔细观察。 实则痛苦无根无基，彻底断绝，于世俗谛中，无论显现何种业相， 皆无需矫饰造作，无有希冀恐惧，方能安乐。然亦应向恩重如山的上师祈祷。 总而言之，应深信业果之法，对三宝之虔诚，永不间断。 对任何事物皆不执着，精通认识自我之诀窍，以身语意三门享用，积累善行资粮， 恒常怀有利他之善念，此五者已囊括佛法之精髓。祈愿 以清净之发愿，恒常连接，舍弃希冀恐惧，供养殊胜之皈依处。 此三法亦为重要之关键，如此略述之教诲，若能 铭记于心，则为永久之良策。故请视之为愚者之自白。 若因此能生起些许善根，愿将之回向于一切众生，作为解脱之因。 愿具足智慧之您之心海，亦为甘露法水所盈满！ 如是，乃由持明咒之转轮王，萨迦统治者之命令所敦促，达热纳塔所著。

Ah, sentient beings! To say that hatred is transformed into the path is a mere boast. Do not be bound by the desire for attachment and closeness, and view pleasant thoughts as dreams. This is a deity who helps me increase my benefits, so I earnestly hope that you will protect me; This is a demon who will surely harm me, harboring harmful intentions and drowning in the mire of fear and suspicion. These are all equal appearances of the mind, and we deceive ourselves with acceptance, rejection, love, and hate. We worry about illness and aging, and attachment grows, hoping that unwanted suffering will dissipate and go away. We desire the fruit of Dharma, which is happiness in this life, and when desires are not fulfilled, we complain to the Three Jewels. The happiness and suffering of this life come from past actions, and if we are content with what comes, our minds will be at ease. In the future, the benefits of Dharma will never deceive, so focus your mind and generate firm faith. If you have even a little experience and merit, the demon of pride will follow. Therefore, the first step is to recognize yourself, and then think about the reasons why pride is meaningless. In order to exhaust past sins, if suffering occurs, consider it an opportunity to eliminate karmic obstacles. If suffering is not subdued by wisdom, then suffering itself is not real, so look closely at yourself. In reality, suffering is baseless and rootless. In conventional truth, whatever karmic appearances arise, there is no need to embellish or fabricate. If there is no hope or fear, there will be happiness. However, you should also pray to the kind guru. In short, have faith in the law of karma, and never cease your devotion to the Three Jewels. Do not be attached to anything, master the knack of knowing yourself, use your body, speech, and mind to accumulate merit, and always hold good thoughts of benefiting others. These five encompass the essence of the Dharma. May we always connect with pure aspirations, abandon hope and fear, and worship the sacred refuge. These three Dharmas are also important keys. If these teachings, which are only a brief description, can be kept in mind, they will be a permanent good strategy. Therefore, please regard it as the confession of a fool. If any virtue can arise from this, may it be dedicated to all beings as a cause for liberation. May the ocean of your wise heart also be filled with the nectar of the sacred Dharma! Thus, urged by the command of the Chakravartin of Knowledge and Mantra, the ruler of Sakya, it was written by Tāranātha.
