Collected Teachings of Doronatha JT66, Turning the Wheel of Secret Mantras. Requested by the great Sakya ruler Miwang Chenpo. Spoken by Tāranātha. Turning the Wheel of Secret Mantras. Requested by the great Sakya ruler Miwang Chenpo. Spoken by Tāranātha. Namo Gurave. Like the sun rising in the stainless sky, stainless wisdom pervades all that is knowable, constantly appearing as the play of uncontrived compassion, may the incomparable and venerable lama bestow blessings. The nature of knowable things is inconceivable, the expressions of language are inexhaustible and immeasurable, although there are many ways to show the path, if the essence is grasped from the key point, it is as follows: A faithful person has no opportunity for sin, a renounced person has no attachment, laziness, a devoted person has no separation from the Three Jewels, a compassionate person has no selfishness or resentment, generate certainty that black and white karma is not deceiving. Those who are skilled in speech and have high opinions, who have good manners but do not fear sin, are the foundation stones of the three lower realms. Even those who are eloquent, have great power, and possess abundant wealth, are only glorious for a few years or months. When the time comes to go to the next life, they are helplessly led by karma, and danger befalls the arrogant. Enemies, friends, wealth, houses, servants, retinues, etc., it is best to use them well when you have autonomy and wealth, because separation is certain and will come quickly, what is the benefit of being helplessly separated? Even if you obtain the wealth of gods and humans, you are not satisfied, the three poisons of affliction increase and accumulate bad karma, when you ascend to heaven, you are also accumulating the resources of hell, small happiness also accomplishes great suffering. Alas! The nature of samsara is like this, if you think well, who would be attached to it? There is no hope of benefiting from friends and relatives, the best refuge is the lama and the Three Jewels. Those who lack faith are obscured by the darkness of their own minds, cultivate faith, devotion, and freedom from pride and attachment, from this all perfect fruits arise, all dharmas are the self-image of one's own mind, the root of dharma is the acceptance and rejection of the mind. Although you boast of diligently practicing dharma with the three doors of body, speech, and mind, in the darkness of selfishness for the immediate happiness of the world, the demons of attachment and aversion play with biased dharma, without realizing the nature of one's own mind, afflictions arise, and being led by bad karma, in the six realms

Now wandering. These sentient beings are deceived by the illusion of magic. Do not be arrogant, cultivate compassion. Now I will instruct on the essential points of the heart. To make one's own mind free from elaboration is not elsewhere. Maintain ordinary awareness without fabrication. Whatever arises, nakedly, establish oneself in that. Specially fabricated views and meditations are good, good, The picture drawn by the mind is blurred. If one's own way of abiding does not arise as meditation, Seeking practice from elsewhere is poverty and wretchedness. If one does not recognize self-liberation in one's own time, It is just following and escorting, just empty talk. If one does not recognize the power of the door of arising as emptiness, What is the use of just adding dust? For the behavior of an uncomprehending, rambling madman, If one mistakes it for the unmade, raw state, one is fundamentally wrong. If one does not see the face of oneself without grasping, Even if one abides well, it is the darkness of ignorance. The self-power of the inexpressible mind is unimpeded, Without looking outward, rest in the state of self-clarity. Whatever arises is sufficient, that is the supreme meditation. However, to waste time meaninglessly is like being unpredicted. Never let self-awareness fall into illusion! Even if one falls into illusion, it is fine, that is the peak of bliss. Always abide in a state without an author or action. Even if one acts, if the action is exhausted, that is freedom from elaboration. Do not follow sounds with conceptual thoughts, If the mind of action is liberated in itself, that is without characteristics. The way of abiding, like a king, is free and joyful. If the essence needs effort, that is the supreme unmade state. Whether abiding or moving, non-distraction is the supreme method. If one recognizes the true nature of distraction, that is the supreme abiding. Thoughts that arise from the expanse itself, And actions and efforts arise and dissolve in themselves. If one realizes this, even the unmade, raw state, Is awakened in itself, without fabrication or non-fabrication. When the object of meditation and the meditator are empty in themselves, It is said that all appearances arise as meditation. Now, to put these into practice, One needs to understand well the techniques of practicing the Dharma. The determination to sell stubbornness is very hesitant. A person without a main point will fall into the abyss of error. Cherishing attachment to the ordinary body should be abandoned, And the clinging to the truth of all appearances should be destroyed. 1-730 The clinging to truth becomes stronger and tighter. Wanting to realize the true nature is extremely mistaken. With compassion that eliminates bias, Whatever one does, apply it to the benefit of others. Enemies on the opposite side, thinking they are guilty,
