。 。Other than one's own mind, there is no Buddha; other than conceptualization, there is no emptiness. Not knowing one's own nature is the cause of all bondage; if one knows one's own nature, everything is self-liberated. If one clings and grasps, everything is a wrong path; if one lets go without clinging, everything is liberation. If one makes fabrications, everything is inverted; if one does not fabricate and abides naturally, everything is self-nature. Please practice the practice without refutation, establishment, rejection, or acceptance. Alas, if one understands such a practice, then now whether one stays, rises, or goes is fine. Whatever actions one does, such as eating, drinking, sleeping, etc., everything is the state of the king of merit. Merely the merit of conceptualizing is not enough to cut off the root of the mind. If one meditates on loving-kindness, one will fall into desire and attachment; if one meditates on non-attachment, one will generate self-serving intentions. If one meditates on impermanence and suffering, one will generate aversion. Even if one examines and decides with wisdom, it is still conceptualization. Merely thinking can lead to the danger of dizziness; even generating the desire to attain enlightenment is hope. Even generating the desire to be free from suffering becomes doubt. Meditating on the impure contemplation will generate hatred; thinking about the nature of dependent origination will disturb conceptualization. Focusing on one point will generate ignorance; thinking about the qualities of the path will generate pride. Thinking about one's own faults will be very depressing; practicing deity meditation and recitation will make self-grasping even stronger. Like the example of repairing the right side while the left side is damaged, and repairing the left side while the right side is damaged. If one does not understand the self-liberation reality of Mahamudra, practicing these is very busy. Like chasing away a hundred birds with one stone. The ultimate purification of sins and obscurations is Mahamudra. It cannot be realized without the blessing of the Guru, so always strive to pray diligently. The key to practice is just like that.
