To all Paramita Bodhisattva Mahasattvas pervading the entire space and Dharma realm, of the same essence, the Vajra realm manifested body, all in accordance with the Tathagatas. 识道场众等法界有情。并愿断除诸障。归命忏悔。 至心忏悔。弟子众等。自从无始旷大劫来。至于今日。迷无我觉。计有我人。我许既兴。常缘我所。根尘浩绕。识阴奔波。击动身心。犹如电转。清净眼耳鼻舌身意。一念不觉。翻作六师。偷法王财。供边见贼。贼既炽盛。破涅槃城。残害法身。焚烧慧命。如此等罪。数越尘沙。从迷至迷。莫测终始。今始觉悟。深悔自惭。晓夜惊惶。身心战栗。永断迷觉。贪爱我人。投涅槃城。归安乐国。以无我觉。降伏六师。收法王财。纳三坚藏。资给慧命。增益法身。然法性灯。常照无尽。行愿理事。尘界不违。三宝三乘。誓当弘护。迷觉之罪。随忏消灭。忏悔回向已至心归命礼三宝。 至心发愿。弟子众等。及法界有情。始从今日乃至无上菩提。念念坚固。念念胜进。身心自在。辩说无碍。于一念之中。具足一切种智。须知诸法毕竟空寂。而常度脱一切众生。同证涅槃。不以涅槃为证。发愿已至心归命礼三宝。 金刚顶瑜伽三十七尊礼 现代汉语译本：愿识道场的各位以及法界一切有情众生，都能断除各种障碍，皈依并忏悔。 至诚忏悔。弟子众等，自从无始旷大劫以来，直到今日，因为迷惑于无我的觉悟，执着于有我、有人。我执既然产生，就常常执着于‘我所’（属于我的）。六根和六尘相互缠绕，识阴（阿赖耶识）奔流涌动，冲击着身心，犹如闪电般迅速。清净的眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意，一念之间不觉悟，反而变成了六师外道，盗取法王的财宝，供养边见的贼人。贼人势力既然炽盛，就攻破涅槃城，残害法身，焚烧慧命。如此等等罪过，数量超过尘沙，从迷惑走向迷惑，无法测知终始。如今开始觉悟，深深后悔自惭，日夜惊惶，身心战栗，永远断除迷惑的觉悟，以及贪爱我、人的执着，投奔涅槃城，回归安乐国。以无我的觉悟，降伏六师外道，收回法王的财宝，纳入三坚藏（戒定慧），资养慧命，增益法身，点燃法性之灯，常照无尽。行愿和事理，在尘沙世界中都不违背。对于三宝和三乘，誓当弘扬守护。迷惑和觉悟所产生的罪过，随着忏悔而消灭。忏悔回向完毕，至诚归命顶礼三宝。 至诚发愿。弟子众等以及法界一切有情众生，从今日开始，乃至证得无上菩提，念念坚固，念念胜进，身心自在，辩才无碍，在一念之中，具足一切种智。须知一切诸法毕竟空寂，而常度脱一切众生，共同证得涅槃，但不以涅槃为最终的证悟。发愿完毕，至诚归命顶礼三宝。 金刚顶瑜伽三十七尊礼

English version: May all sentient beings in the Dharmadhatu (realm of all phenomena), including those assembled in this practice place, be able to cut off all obstacles and take refuge in repentance. With utmost sincerity, we, the disciples, repent. Since beginningless, vast kalpas (aeons) until today, we have been deluded about the awareness of no-self (Anatta), clinging to the notion of 'I' and 'mine'. Since the ego has arisen, we are constantly attached to 'what is mine'. The six roots (sense organs) and six dusts (sense objects) entangle each other, and the Vijnana-skandha (consciousness aggregate) rushes about, striking the body and mind like lightning. The pure eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, in a moment of unawareness, are transformed into the six heretical teachers, stealing the Dharma King's treasures and offering them to the thieves of biased views. As the thieves become powerful, they break the Nirvana City, harm the Dharmakaya (Dharma body), and burn the wisdom-life. Such sins are more numerous than grains of sand, going from delusion to delusion, with no end in sight. Now, we begin to awaken, deeply regretting and feeling ashamed, alarmed day and night, our bodies and minds trembling. We will forever cut off the delusion of awareness and the attachment to 'I' and 'mine', and take refuge in the Nirvana City, returning to the Land of Bliss. With the awareness of no-self, we will subdue the six heretical teachers, reclaim the Dharma King's treasures, and store them in the Three Firm Treasures (sila, samadhi, prajna - morality, concentration, wisdom), nourishing the wisdom-life, increasing the Dharmakaya, and lighting the lamp of Dharma-nature, which will always shine endlessly. Our conduct, vows, principles, and affairs will not contradict the realms of dust. We vow to propagate and protect the Three Jewels (Buddha, Dharma, Sangha) and the Three Vehicles (Shravakayana, Pratyekabuddhayana, Bodhisattvayana). The sins arising from delusion and awareness will be extinguished with repentance. Having completed the repentance and dedication, we sincerely take refuge in and prostrate to the Three Jewels. With utmost sincerity, we make this vow. We, the disciples, and all sentient beings in the Dharmadhatu, from this day forward until we attain unsurpassed Bodhi (enlightenment), may every thought be firm and every thought be superior, may our bodies and minds be at ease, and may our eloquence be unimpeded. In a single moment, may we possess all kinds of wisdom. We must know that all dharmas (phenomena) are ultimately empty and still, and yet we constantly liberate all sentient beings, together attaining Nirvana, but not taking Nirvana as the ultimate attainment. Having completed the vow, we sincerely take refuge in and prostrate to the Three Jewels.
