Flowers are scattered on the head of the lotus master, offered to this Bhagavan. Please bless this Bhagavan, grant the accomplishment of mantras. Please make the practice firm, may all the power and blessings of the body, speech, mind, secret mantras, and vidya mantras of the White Protector, the wish-fulfilling jewel, enter and be firmly established in the continuum of this vidyadhara. Then, placing the torma visualized as White Mahakala on the student's head, recite: 'GURU MAHĀKĀLA HARI NISA SIDDHI JAḤ SAMAYA SMṚ SAMAYA MATI PRAMATHA SAMAYA RAKṢANTU'. Vajradhara, glorious Śavari, Lord Maitripa, accomplished Rāhula Gupta Vajra, accomplished Khyungpo Naljor, Rongchokpa Rinchen Tsonru, Wenton Kyergangpa, Nyenton Bepa'i Naljor, Drogon Sangye Tonpa, wise and accomplished Tsangma Shangton, Muchen Gyaltsen Palzang, Lama Dorje Shonnu, Muchen Namkha'i Naljor, Bodhisattva Jinpa Zangpo, accomplished Thangtong Gyalpo, Mangkharwa Lodro Gyaltsen, Burongpa Paldan Darpo, Zhegonpa Je Sonam Tsemo, Kalsang Gyurme, may you not transgress the commands and vows of Dechen Root Lama Ngawang Chökyi Drakpa, protect the Buddha's teachings. Praise the virtues of the Three Jewels, admonish, vow, protect, save, and conceal these Vajra disciples, the vidyadharas. Please grant that all the necessities of life be fulfilled as desired when they practice, and that the qualities of life, merit, learning, and realization increase and expand from above. Visualize the White Protector residing on your head dissolving into light, recite: 'JAḤ HŪṂ VAṂ HOḤ', dissolving into indivisibility. Think that the Protector accompanies you like body and shadow, giving protection. Afterwards, according to the way of the main deity, offer the mandala, and from today onwards, everything is the same as the common ritual. Offer the torma, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times, confess transgressions, and dedicate the merit to Buddhahood. This is a record of how the great translator Dampa Gyurme Dechen practiced, based on a small note that clearly remembers the practices. Again, in the Fire Horse year at the Chösgo Thargling monastery, the bhikṣu Vajradhara Ngawang Chödrak, who closely attended the feet of the great translator, wrote it well.
