May all diligent ones be seated on the throne of eight steeds! May wisdom, like a bee, never harm the beautiful, essence-filled hundred-petaled garden. Like gathering honey, may it create the glory of all joy. Without taking away the happiness of the people, but through the means of taxation, may the king's treasury be filled. This precious householder, skilled in filling the treasury, is offered to Shakyamuni. May all beings, through this merit, have their treasuries of Dharma and governance filled! May he be the victor in the battle of the turning wheel, skilled in bestowing jewels and wealth, and be the most tamed of consorts. Offered for the flourishing of Shakyamuni Buddha's reign! May he be revered by many great ministers, possess the strength of a thousand elephants, and have the highest voice among a hundred steeds. Offered for the sake of the all-knowing, the one who surpasses all! May he give all happiness to the people, fulfill all the king's wishes, this householder with complete wealth, is offered for the king's rule of the country!
