The Lord (rje, honorific) asked: 'The three vows (དབང་བསྐུར་པ་ལས་སྐྱེས་དེ་གསུམ།) arising from empowerment, their essence is not other than that, what is the proof? All sentient beings have their own consciousness (རྣམ་ཤེས་, rnam shes) and wisdom (ཡེ་ཤེས་, ye shes) streams (རྒྱུད།), these three have the same essence, therefore they become a common basis, is that so?' Answer: 'Because the three exist in their respective consciousness streams, they contradict each other, so it is impossible to become a common basis.' Question: 'Why is that so?' Answer: 'Because the cause of obtaining, the essence of obtaining, and the cause of abandoning contradict each other. Now, the cause of obtaining for a Bhikshu (དགེ་སློང་, dge slong) is only the manifested ten matters (མངོན་གྱུར་བཅུ།), there is nothing else. And the generation of Bodhicitta (སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པ་, sems bskyed pa) and the vows of mantra (སྔགས་ཀྱི་སྡོམ།), their cause of obtaining must be different from this. A Bhikshu also cannot arise from the cause of obtaining these vows. The essence of obtaining is the following of body and speech, the following of only mind, and being controlled by wisdom. The cause of abandoning is abandoning the aspiration Bodhicitta (སྨོན་པའི་སེམས།), abandoning the aspiration Bodhicitta can abandon the above two, but cannot abandon the Bhikshu vows.' 'The four root downfalls (ཕམ་པ་བཞི།) mentioned in the Vinaya (འདུལ་བ།), the higher ones (referring to Bodhisattva vows and mantra vows) can be permitted, but the lower ones (referring to Bhikshu vows) cannot be permitted.' Question: 'Then, will these vows become the cause of abandoning each other?' Answer: 'If it is said that the Dharma that needs to be prohibited depends on which is more important, then the need of a Bodhisattva (བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ།) will not hinder the prohibition of Pratimoksha vows (སོ་ཐར།), this is possible. But it is not because the vows above and below become the cause of abandoning each other.' 'Although in the same consciousness stream that possesses the three vows, the objects to be abandoned by the three vows are different, but its essence is only the same consciousness stream, which is the basis of many virtues.' Question: 'Although all Dharmas such as the three vows have the same essence in the ultimate truth (དོན་དམ་, don dam), but because there is no common basis, in the conventional truth (ཀུན་རྫོབ།, kun rdzob), it is contradictory to have the same essence, is that so?' Answer: 'It is not contradictory. It can be understood from the examples of coarse objects such as vases, and the dust particles that make them up, or communities such as forests, queues, and armies.' Auspicious and complete! Homage to the Sangha (ན་མཿསཾ་གྷཱ་ཡ།, Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Romanization: namaḥ saṃghāya, Chinese literal meaning: Homage to the Sangha)! Homage to the Sangha! In the treatises of Maitreya (བྱམས་པ།, Maitreya), each of the Three Jewels (དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ།) is divided into conventional truth and ultimate truth, and two refuges of cause and effect. Chandrakirti (ཟླ་གྲགས།, Chandrakirti) does not acknowledge the ultimate truth refuge other than the conventional truth. 'However, as it is called in the world, it is also temporarily divided into two truths.' 'The Three Jewels mentioned in the Vinaya are mainly based on the conventional truth, to explain the object of refuge, which is the ultimate truth.' 'If one enters the practice of mantra and does not think that there is any other Dharma other than the Svabhavikakaya (རང་བཞིན་ཆོས་སྐུ།), then why mention the Three Jewels?' 'Especially the lecturer who teaches the Dharma (དམ་ཆོས།), the Dharma to be taught, and the listener...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Therefore, the practitioner and myself are not different. Because it is said so, this is the ultimate truth. Therefore, in the Vajrayana, all Buddhas, sentient beings, and Bodhisattvas are no different from the Dharmadhatu wisdom. However, due to temporary defilements, there are differences between purity and impurity, and distinctions between purity and impurity, thus distinguishing between the refuge and the one who takes refuge. In short, the Sangha of Vidyadharas is the ultimate truth. The Sangha of the Tsokhorlo (gathering wheel) is very different from the Shravakas (listeners) and others. This passage explains this principle. Shubham! Namo Gurave! Namo Gurave! When practicing the daily practice of the profound Guru Yoga, if the practitioner, the object of practice, and the Guru of practice are all equal to the Vajradhara (Diamond Holder) of the fruition, then who uses what to practice what? With what does one abandon attachment to what? With what does one obtain accomplishment from what? If you think like this, then relying on the blessings of external conditions, as well as the naturally pure essence at the base stage, and the practitioner of the method of practice, appearing in the form of a superior deity, do not mistakenly think that this is a wrong view, because by entering through attachment, in a relational way, it does not deceive the object of entry, therefore it is reliable. The practitioner visualizes himself as the body of Hevajra (Joyful Vajra) at the path stage, and at the fruition stage, do not be attached to Vajradhara, at that time, the Guru is free from all faults, possessing all qualities, and at the fruition stage, reliably knowing that it is Vajradhara, thereby obtaining accomplishment. Reliability comes from faith and scripture, the teachings and the Guru are reliable, following the meaning of the scripture. Because this is the scripture itself, it is not the same as the practitioner, because one's own consciousness stream is manifest, while the Guru's mind Vajra is hidden. The practitioner who has not become pure, uses an impure body, and practices through the generation stage, completion stage, and Mahamudra (Great Seal), at that time it is said that attachment is abandoned. So, what is attachment? It is the attachment to the assembled body as the self of a person, and the attachment to the constituent parts as the self of phenomena. At the path stage, through Hevajra, from Hevajra at the fruition stage, obtaining the four empowerments and common accomplishments, and then practicing it. This passage explains this principle. Identify the classification of the Three Jewels and the Guru with brief words. Of the one hundred and eight Dharma categories, first accept this virtue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
