In order to quickly accomplish the supreme and common achievements by relying on the practice of Jetsunma Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, there are two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first is taking refuge and generating Bodhicitta, and contemplating the four immeasurables. Secondly, quickly accomplish the siddhi of life by relying on the yoga of the deity and the yoga of the winds. First, through the Svabhava mantra (藏文：སྭ་བྷ་ཝའི་སྔགས།，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：自性), clarify all phenomena of appearance and sound as emptiness, which has never existed since the beginning. Abide in this state. From that state, on top of a lotus and moon disc, visualize your own mind as a clear white seed syllable Tām (藏文：ཏཱཾ་ཡིག་，梵文天城体：ताम，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当). From that seed syllable, radiate light, purify the sins and obscurations of limitless sentient beings, and establish them in the state of Jetsunma. Visualize the venerable Jetsun Tara: Her body is pure white, with her two legs in the vajra posture. Her right hand grants supreme blessings, and her left hand holds the stem of an Utpala flower, with her slender fingers at her heart. She has one face, peaceful and smiling, and three eyes, adorned with precious ornaments. At her crown, visualize 'Om' (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡), at her throat, 'Ah' (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and at her heart, 'Hum' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), from which light radiates. Invite all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas to manifest as Jetsunma, merging into oneself without duality. Again, invite the initiation deities, and receive the vase initiation of water. The body is filled, and the remaining water overflows upwards, crowned by Amitabha. Focus single-mindedly on the deity with a backdrop of moonlight, and meditate for a long time. If meditation becomes tiring, visualize 'Tam' (藏文：ཏཱཾ，梵文天城体：ताम्，梵文罗马拟音：tāṃ，汉语字面意思：当姆) on a moon disc at the heart, surrounded by the ten-syllable mantra, and recite: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Mama Ayur Punye Jñana Pushtim Kuru Ye Svaha. (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏ་རེ་ཏུ་ཏ་རེ་ཏུ་རེ་མཱ་མ་ཨཱ་ཡུར་པུཎྜྻ་ཛྙཱ་ན་པུཥྚིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱཧཱ།) Reciting this one hundred thousand times will avert untimely death. Secondly, immediately after such meditation and recitation, from the heart of Jetsunma, radiate a network of light, like iron hooks, filling the sky. From the hearts of all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, inner and outer worlds, those who have accumulated the two accumulations, and those who have attained longevity, hook all supreme and common accomplishments. Visualize them transforming into the form of nectar, merging into one taste with one's own winds, channels, and drops. Inhale in the form of 'Om' (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：om，汉语字面意思：嗡), dwell slightly longer at the heart and navel in the form of 'Ah' (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿), and forcefully expel all unfavorable things outwards in the form of 'Hum' (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). At dawn, such recitation, complete with the three aspects of arising, merging, and abiding, if continued for a month, even if life is about to end, can be extended to five years. This is from the Chakrasamvara Root Tantra. Ngagi Wangchuk Drakpa wrote down this essential instruction on the longevity practice of Jetsunma. May this longevity practice jewel, easily composed from the mere oral instructions of the Sakya king, be offered like a wish-fulfilling golden lake.
