从兽皮的束缚中解脱，身着猛兽的皮裙， 虽面容丑陋，却笑容满面，光芒四射，珍宝璎珞发出悦耳的声响，深深地吸引着众生，充满了欲望的氛围。右手象征着方便，手指如战场上狂象的鼻子般伸向天空，紧握着酒杯。语金刚的化身显现，从中清晰地诞生了万法之实相，空性之本质，如珍贵的蓝宝石般湛蓝、清澈、无碍，如遍入天的身躯般修长而蜿蜒。周围环绕着赤红色的火焰，清晰地显现出智慧之剑。它焚烧着贪嗔之柴薪，将无明黑暗的森林连根拔起。左手象征着智慧，弯曲如帝释天的弓，吸引的手指如年轻的蜜蜂，在慈悲的嬉戏之海上飞舞。食指和小指伸展着翅膀，舞动着各种姿势。大拇指的指尖，以愤怒的空性金刚，将所有魔障镇压在无名指根部的海洋之中。在其凹陷处缠绕三圈，象征着心金刚，由实物金刚制成的长索，斩断四魔和二地之间的所有障碍，从顶端射出的锋利金刚钩，深深地吸引着众生。 无畏的吼声震动了三千大千世界。从善辩的舌尖发出的狮吼声，斥责着邪恶的言论，接纳着有缘之人，从面容的开口处发出哈哈和嘿嘿的笑声。伴随着吽吽的雷鸣般的巨响，以及猛烈的声音。啪哒的无尽金刚链，将所有邪魔外道的伤害和疾病，以及一切非时之死，都化为粉末，充满了恐怖的氛围。所有诸佛智慧的集中体现，慈爱地对待一切众生，强烈地威胁着所有魔军，一切能取所取的念头都得以平息。 如是，具有九种姿态的舞者，于其顶门、喉间和心间等处。

Released from the bonds of animal hide, adorned with the skin skirt of a fierce beast, Though of unsightly countenance, radiating smiles in all directions, the melodious tinkling of precious jewel garlands deeply captivates beings, imbued with an atmosphere of desire. The right hand, embodying skillful means, with fingers extended towards the sky like the trunk of a drunken elephant charging into battle, firmly grasps a chalice of wine. The essence of speech Vajra manifests, from which clearly arises the nature of all phenomena, the essence of emptiness, blue and clear like a precious sapphire, unobstructed, long and sinuous like the body of Vishnu. Encircled by a garland of red-yellow flames, the wisdom sword is clearly displayed. It burns the firewood of attachment and aversion, uprooting the dense forest of unknowing from its roots. The left hand, the nature of wisdom, curved like Indra's bow, with beckoning fingers like young bees, flitting upon the ocean of compassionate play. The index and little fingers extend their wings, transforming into various dances. The tip of the thumb, with the wrathful emptiness Vajra, subdues all obstructing forces into the ocean at the base of the ring finger. Wrapped three times around its hollow, the essence of the heart Vajra, a long lasso made of material Vajra, binds all that cuts between the four Maras and the two grounds, the sharp Vajra hook emanating from its tip deeply captivates beings. The fearless roar shakes all three great thousand worlds. The lion's roar emanating from the tip of the well-spoken tongue rebukes evil speech, embraces the fortunate, and from the opening of the face comes the laughter of haha and hehe. Accompanied by the thunderous roar of Hum Hum, along with violent sounds. The endless chain of Phat reduces all harm from spirits and demons, all kinds of diseases, and all untimely deaths to dust, imbued with a terrifying atmosphere. The embodiment of the unified wisdom of all Buddhas, lovingly cherishing all beings, fiercely threatening all demonic armies, all grasping and clinging thoughts are pacified. 之后，用嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）、阿（藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿）、吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）加持，使自身成为身语意金刚的自性。 于自身心间，在日轮之上，观想一个具有十个辐条的白色轮，带有轮毂和轮缘。在轮毂中心，观想定慧心识的自性，一个凸起的长“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）字，向上竖立。十个辐条上，观想十个字母，带有种子字：嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡） 咱（caṇḍa） 玛哈（mahā） 柔夏纳（roṣaṇa） 吽（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽） 啪特（phaṭ）。 专注于自身发出的猛烈声音，一心一意地念诵六十万遍或其他数量。如此念诵，将会见到佛陀的容颜，获得不忘失的陀罗尼，以及神通。 所有外道和非人将无法找到破绽。在讲经、辩论和写作这三方面，智慧将变得毫无阻碍。 这部名为《甘露之妙音》的白忿怒尊修持次第，由尊贵的格西（dge shes，善知识）在阿里（ngari）的土地上撰写。吉祥！

Then, bless yourself with Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ, transforming into the essence of Vajra Body, Speech, and Mind. In your heart center, upon a solar disc, visualize a white wheel with ten spokes, complete with hub and rim. At the center of the hub, visualize the essence of Samādhi-citta, a long, raised Hūṃ syllable standing upright. On the ten spokes, visualize ten letters, complete with seed syllables: Oṃ Caṇḍa Mahā Roṣaṇa Hūṃ Phaṭ. Focus your mind one-pointedly on the fierce sound emanating from yourself, and recite six hundred thousand times or more. By reciting in this way, you will see the face of the Buddha, obtain the dhāraṇī of non-forgetfulness, and attain supernormal knowledge. All external adversaries and non-human beings will not be able to find fault. In teaching, debating, and writing, your wisdom will become unobstructed. This sequence of White Fierce One's approach and accomplishment, called 'The Melodious Sound of Nectar,' was composed by the venerable and delightful spiritual friend in the land of Ngari.
