མས་ཅན་གང་ཡང་རུང་། ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་མཚན་ཙམ་འཛིན་པ་ཡིས། །ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྩོལ་མཛད་པ། །ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མཚན་ལེགས་པར་ཡོངས་གྲགས་དཔལ་གྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་དང་ཟླ་བ་དང་པདྨས་རབ་ཏུ་བརྒྱན་པ་མཁས་པ་གཟི་བརྗིད་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་གསེར་བཟང་དྲི་མེད་རིན་ཆེན་སྣང་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་གྲུབ་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མྱ་ངན་མེད་མཆོག་དཔལ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་བསྒྲགས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་དབྱངས་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་མཆོག་གི་བློས་རྣམ་པར་རོལ་བ་མངོན་པར་མཁྱེན་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་སྨན་གྱི་བླ་བཻཌཱུརྱ་འོད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། སྟོན་པ་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དཔལ་རྒྱལ་བ་ཤཱཀྱ་ཐུབ་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རིན་ཆེན་གཙུག་ཏོར་ཅན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། མཆོད་དོ། སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོོ། ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་མགོན་པོ་འོད་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ལན་གསུམ། བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དཔལ་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །མཆོད་དོ། །སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ།

Whatever sentient beings there may be, by merely holding your name, granting life and wisdom, may the auspiciousness of Amitayus prevail! I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha, the Tathagata King of Glory with the Name Well-Known and Auspicious. (Three times) I prostrate to, make offerings to, and take refuge in the Bhagavan, the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha, the King of the Sound of Glory, Adorned with Jewels, Moon, and Lotus.
