愿获得无上圆满正等觉果位！ 如同圆满佛陀无量寿， 仅闻其名，众生皆得成熟解脱。 化身无数引导众生等， 无需勤作任运成就无量利生事业！ 如来之寿命与福德， 功德智慧光辉无有量， 法身无量光，无量光寿世尊。 无论谁受持您的名号， 除了往昔业力成熟外， 火水毒器夜叉罗刹等， 诸怖畏中，能救护，佛陀如是说。 我受持您的名号而顶礼， 祈请救护我等脱离诸怖畏与痛苦。 祈愿吉祥圆满！ 凭借证得佛陀三身之加持， 凭借不变法性之谛实加持， 凭借僧众不退转之意乐加持， 愿如所发之愿皆得成！ 顶礼三宝！ 达雅塔。班杂扎雅阿瓦波达呢梭哈。（藏文：ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། པཉྩ་དྲི་ཡ་ཨ་ཝ་བོ་དྷ་ནི་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།梵文天城体：तद्यथा। पञ्च द्रिये आ वा बोधनि स्वाहा।梵文罗马拟音：tadyathā. pañca driye ā vā bodhani svāhā. 汉语字面意思：如是。五根。来。觉悟。梭哈。） 此为成就所愿咒。 顶礼三宝！ 拿摩曼殊师利耶，拿嘛苏师利耶，拿摩乌达嘛师利耶梭哈。（藏文：ན་མོ་མཉྫུ་ཤྲི་ཡེ། ན་མཿ སུ་ཤྲི་ཡེ། ན་མོ་ཨུཏྟ་མ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།梵文天城体：नमो मञ्जु श्रिये। नमः सु श्रिये। नमो उत्तम श्रिये स्वाहा।梵文罗马拟音：namo mañju śriye. namaḥ su śriye. namo uttama śriye svāhā. 汉语字面意思：顶礼文殊师利。顶礼善妙吉祥。顶礼无上吉祥梭哈。） 如是念诵后，磕三个头，据说能变成十万个。 之后，上等磕一百个，中等随力，下等也至少磕七个头以上。 上等是不间断地磕头，中等是不间断地磕一个月，下等是无论何时，面向西方，忆念极乐净土，双手合掌于无量光佛前，以一心虔诚祈祷，此生能消除寿命的障碍，来世毫无疑问能往生极乐世界。 这是《无量寿经》、《庄严经》和《白莲花》、《无死鼓音》等的密意。 具足比丘拉嘎阿亚造，愿使众多有情众生得以投生极乐净土！ 愿一切吉祥！ 恰美手书之极乐愿文。

May I attain the supreme and perfect Buddhahood! Just like the perfect Buddha Amitabha, may all beings be ripened and liberated by merely hearing his name. May countless emanations effortlessly and spontaneously accomplish immeasurable benefit for beings! May the life, merit, qualities, wisdom, and immeasurable splendor of the Thus-Gone One, the Dharmakaya of Infinite Light, the Bhagavan of Immeasurable Life and Wisdom, be realized! Whoever holds your name, except for the ripening of past karma, will be protected from all fears, including fire, water, poison, weapons, yakshas, and rakshasas, as the Buddha has said. I prostrate to you, holding your name, and pray that you protect me from all fears and sufferings. Bestow your blessings for auspiciousness and perfection! By the blessings of attaining the three bodies of the Buddha, by the blessings of the unchanging truth of Dharma, and by the blessings of the unwavering intention of the Sangha, may all aspirations be fulfilled as prayed! Literal Chinese meaning: Thus. Five roots. Come. Awakening. Svaha.) This is the mantra for accomplishing aspirations. Homage to the Three Jewels! Namo Manjushriye, Namah Sushriye, Namo Uttama Shriye Svaha. (Tibetan: ན་མོ་མཉྫུ་ཤྲི་ཡེ། ན་མཿ སུ་ཤྲི་ཡེ། ན་མོ་ཨུཏྟ་མ་ཤྲི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།Sanskrit Devanagari: नमो मञ्जु श्रिये। नमः सु श्रिये। नमो उत्तम श्रिये स्वाहा।Sanskrit Romanization: namo mañju śriye. namaḥ su śriye. namo uttama śriye svāhā. It is said that reciting this and making three prostrations will multiply into a hundred thousand. Then, make a hundred prostrations if possible, or at least seven. The best is to prostrate without interruption, the middle is to prostrate for about a month without interruption, and the least is to turn westward whenever possible, remember the Pure Land of Sukhavati, join your palms before Amitabha, and pray with single-minded devotion. This will eliminate obstacles to life in this life, and there is no doubt that you will be reborn in Sukhavati in the next life. This is the meaning of the Infinite Life Sutra, the Ornament Sutra, the White Lotus, and the Undying Drum Sound.
