Or, even having heard the Dharma, due to associating with lamas and the Sangha, having not even a hair's breadth of faith, without gaining the benefit of the Dharma, being born in the intermediate state of bardo, or in either of the two classes of pretas (hungry ghosts). Indulging in various illusions, day and night appearing reversed. Tormented by the three sufferings of cold, hunger, and thirst. The feeling of hunger and the desire to eat being incessant. Always wandering around doors and houses. Even seeing food and wealth, having no means to enjoy them. Tormented by fear and hatred. Looking at the living with the eyes of the dead, accepting the giving of the living with the hands of the dead, the mind of the dead clinging to the living. Running towards the sound of the conch shell, gathering in the ranks of distribution, hoping for food and drink. Even going to the place of distribution, having no share. Extending the hand, but not being seen by others. As soon as not seen, hatred arises. The place appearing as if enveloped in darkness. The body remaining like a shadow. Tormented by hail and blizzards. Green turning black, gray turning dry, yellow turning rusty. Face unsightly, voice unpleasant. Hoping for food, tormented by thirst. Gathering in the dregs of bad tea leaves, taking snot and saliva. All the longing for incense and torma, may it be satisfied and satiated by this incense offering, which has become a treasure of all desired enjoyments, the nectar of wisdom, and may it be freed from attachment to food and drink. Without hoping and clinging, remembering the deities and lamas, relying on faith and correct prayers, may it be able to quickly proceed to the pure realm. Until that is achieved, you, the dead, are many, and we, the living, are few. The dead should not envy the living, do not expect too much from the living, do not cling to what is left behind. Do not steal the essence of oily foods, do not be arrogant with glittering possessions, do not push into the ranks of relatives and friends. May you be satisfied by the nature of the nectar of this incense offering. Having been satisfied, may the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas bless you so that the precious Bodhicitta may arise in your minds. The incense offering is: Om Ah Hum. Furthermore, may the renunciates of this degenerate age, tormented by decline, rely on good wishes and protection from fear. Their appearance is also reddish-yellow, their food is always hoping for the property of the monastery, difficult to be satisfied with their own food, hoping for the food of others, having power over the distributed food, receiving the offerings of the faithful, begging for butter in summer and grain in autumn, coming uninvited, bothering even when not needed, not

If given, they become wrathful. Giving this year might also be possible. Always relying on others. Like this, may all beings, whether they have died in the past, exist now, or will arise in the future, be satisfied and satiated by these offering of wisdom nectar. May they be free from all appearances of hunger and thirst. May they be easily sustained even by food the size of a needle tip, and may they not feel craving even for food the size of a mountain. May their faces be radiant, their bellies full and comfortable, and their minds be happy. May you always diligently strive in practice, purify obscurations, and become the object of faith and aspiration. Om Ah Hum (藏文,梵文天城体,oṃ āḥ hūṃ,梵文罗马拟音,Om Ah Hum,汉语字面意思,身语意). All you powerful Gnyan chen thog pa rtsal, and all those who act as accomplices to war and banditry, causing one's own side to win and the other side to lose, all you local deities and land spirits, please come here immediately with your inconceivable miraculous powers. I, the yogi, have blessed this offering nectar with mantra, mudra, and samadhi. Its essence is the complete and perfect enjoyment of all desirable qualities, like a wish-fulfilling jewel and a wish-fulfilling tree, providing inexhaustible enjoyment of all that is desired until the end of the kalpa. Please accept these offerings and generate good thoughts of benefit and happiness in your minds. In general, may all beings in the vast realms, and especially all those who dwell in the three regions of Rma, Rdza, and Smar, develop a mind of equanimity, free from attachment and aversion. May everyone live together in harmony with loving-kindness, helpfulness, and joy, and may all evil deeds such as fighting and conflict cease from this day forward. May all humans and non-humans be diligently encouraged to delight in practicing the sacred Dharma. I beseech the venerable Guru Padmasambhava of Oddiyana and all the accomplished beings of the past not to transgress their commands and vows, and to assist the Dharma kings who rule the vast realms according to Dharma, so that all their wishes may be fulfilled without obstacles. In particular, those who are attached to thoughts of attachment and aversion, and who cling to appearances as if they were real, thus taking birth in the bodies of non-human beings and striving to disrupt the peace of the country, such as the official Sonam Tenpa, the official Ngagwang, the prince Palchen Gonpo, Wangchen Kartse, and so on.
